I have to admit, I'm in love with team Minato fillers in the anime, they complement the canon so well that it seems strange that they are not in the manga at all. and this is the only time when we are shown their daily shenanigans which are so cute to look at. oh, are they catching cats throughout the village? I'll watch this episode ten times. is Rin making her silly guys hold hands again? cool, let me see! I Want To See It. it's like a warm little sun appears inside my chest at the sight of these kids being happy. it saves me money that I would have spent on a psychologist.

Studio Pierrot really disappoints me in many points, such as making Kakashi cry only for Obito's Sharingan when Rin killed herself.

"Ah, but that's silly! A simple detail doesn't change anything."

Yes, maybe it doesn't change much visually, but it takes a lot of the weight off the scene. The context is where Rin takes her own life at the hands of the man she loves, removing Kakashi crying out of both eyes (exploding his emotions, which he has already shown to struggle with) is basically erasing the development he had! It's acting like he doesn't care about Rin...
