For the first one, keep your knees hips distance apart, and reach back slowly for the wall. Once you have found the wall, wall your hands slowly down towards the floor. Think about lifting the chest and extending each time you change hand positions. Once you get your hands to the floor, try to flatten your hands as best you can and push up with chest. Once you have worked on lifting and extending it will become a lot easier to fold the arms In and reach for the ankles. Also try grabbing the ankles if you can and do one last push and extend the arms before you fold in. Repeat the drill. On your third round, try to reach for the floor without touching the wall. Once you reach the ground, do the same thing as last rounds. Try to flatten the hands first and push and extend. Then reach for the ankles and push up first before you fold in. To do the pose on the cover of this post, put hands back on the floor and flatten as best you can.
