Perhaps I'm just used to fandoms were they act like it's sacrilege to ship anything but the canon ones but I have to say genuinely love how positive this fandom is when it comes to ships and how there is more then a handful of fanfics or fanart for even the crackships.

Like for example for the past few days, I stumbled across Joll(J × doll), (idk the names for the next ones) Alice × Teacher, Tessa x Uzi, J × Thad × Lizzy, Heck even Keybug × Sparky.

Surprisingly, I haven't personally seen too many key-bug drone redesigns, not sure if there is, like, some secret archive that has just eluded me to this point or what. But, anyway here is my contribution to that what may or may not exist.

So here she is, Key (a very original name) feat. Uzi. I decided on a maid outfit because, yes, and also it seemed more appealing to draw rather than a janitor outfit---given robo-roaches are essentially Copper-9s cleaning service. I wanted to keep the green theme, but I also have an idea for a 'red mode' that I also wanted to design at some point, since my idea for her is that she is a sorta queen to the mass amount of robo-roaches, and in my eyes that means she needs a Phase 2. It was also a fun challenge to figure out what a character would do with 2 sets of hands, I'm never sure what to do with one set myself, but I like the ending result c:

Room of Thad, Uzi and Keybug

First bedroom of my AU! Since the base is small everybody has to share with someone. And of course Thad and Uzi got put together ;)

I played around a lot with the decor and authenticity of the room, since on one hand we got a sporty, popular, sunshine of a jock, and on the other we got an angsty, socially distant, anime lover, outcast. But in the end, the "2 by 2" divide became the best solution.

Also, Keybug finally got the treatment it deserves :3

(Not sure if it's just me, but for some reason my laptop dims the colours a lot so they look very forceful on different devices

I'm not sure how to fix, If I should fix, this issue in the first place.)

I think the keybug was a really neat character and deserves more attention from the fandom

It was just such a silly little thing
