My Fave NL HxH Ships

This post is dedicated to my NL/Het HxH Ships. I think NL Ships deserves more love as I have received and seen many replies/posts bashing on het ships(not only from HxH but other series as well), claiming shipping X is homophobic, toxic and such. Maybe those posts are just joke, but I don’t think it’s nice to shame others for having different taste. In the end, fiction is just fiction.

I myself is an avid BL/GL shippers and made many arts of them, but I love my NL ships just as much. Let’s check my list and see if you ship them as well even in different interpretations!

1. Kurapika x Neon

Best hateslash. Kurapika changed his original upon seeing Neon and ended taking care of her family. He could’ve left and find better employer, but he didn’t. HE CHOSE EXTRA WORK INSTEAD. Imagine the potential of Kuraneon dehumanizing each other as objects of lust and taking care of each other in the same time. Also, the chance of Kurapika isolating Neon cause he was so paranoid after Chrollo stole her power. That is just so toxic, so good.

Truely gruesome couple, made for each other.

2. Chrollo x Neon

Also best hateslash. Imagine sleeping with the person who manipulated and ruined your life because he wanted to OWN you! He wanted to tell the world that you belong to him and a part of you is forever with him. And you love him very much cause no other person can play you like a piano and worship you like this. Well I wouldn’t wish such relationship on myself. But this ship really tickles my sexual sadism brrrrRR I wanna do this to Neon ...sorry babygirl.

3. Gon x Kite

Gon promised to protect Kite and that’s the most romantic thing Gon ever said to a girl(???). Not to mention Kite literally made Gon and Gon-san. Kite is the first person we see with Gon. He taught him important lessons, inspired him to be a hunter and Gon’s anger for Kite forced Gon to release his full potential as Gon-san. That’s how important Kite is in Gon’s life. Anyway... did I just type he...? Welp I ship Gon x Kite as BL too but he’s a girl now.

4. Killua x Machi

When Killua hit Machi, I immediatelly shipped them.... no other explanation just me and my..taste.

5.  Hisoka x Machi

Honestly I’ve always supported them but they’re not really my top favorite until... Hisoka killed all Machi’s friends.... Finally, things are starting to get interesting. Go ruin your girl’s life and make her chase you, that’s the trick!

6. Killua x Canary

They are just so cute. He looked like he wanted to impress her in 2011 anime adaption by showing off his skill.

7. Basho x Melody

Honestly they act like Kurapika’s parents. They are always together and keep in touch with each other even after leaving Nostrade family employment. Also, Basho acts like Neon is the daughter-in-law he kind of question.

8. Komugi x Mereum

They just want to spend time with each other till the end of their lives :(

9. Hanzo x Menchi

Did anyone remember 1999 scenes where they bickered and Menchi dressed up then Hanzo took a picture or something??? I hope they meet again as Hanzo is getting more screentime now!

10. Shizuku x Phinks

Shizuku ruined her clothes when fighting ants in Meteor City.... and Phinks gave her his clothes!! OMG THE CHIVALRY.
