Akashi is a Cat in disguise, a thesis

Akashi is often liken to a cat, but I think most people underestimate how much of a cat he really is.

First the obvious, he has cat eyes

He also has a cat tongue

The way he stare unblinking at people when he analyze them. That's what cats do.

The slow blinks he does, it's exactly what cats do to show affection. I'm sure you remember how many times we see Akashi blink in slow motion in the anime.

Lions are big cat

Exactly the way cats look when they're hunting or playing, even the stillness -> sudden movement

Cats are small but they jump high, he is 5′ 8″ and he can dunk

Let's be honest, if our cat could do that to us they would

And last of all, look at him, is he not an adorable kitten ??

He also does this thing cats do, when they just sit next to you and follow you if you leave the room. Like they want to enjoy your company but not really interact at time.

EDIT : I FORGOT A VERY IMPORTANT POINT

The way he wins many competitions (during the summer festival and the teiko school festival) and brings all his prizes to Murasakibara like a cat brings its hunting trophies to its owner

That's all for now, I probably forgot a few points and couldn't illustrate others but I think I gave enough examples for my thesis.

In short Akashi is a cat, but not only that, he is the most adorable kitten to ever exist.

This is the first time in his life he ever lost at anything, and he still manages to genuinely smile and think 'i'm happy i met Kuroko so he could defeat me at basketball'.

Because sure, he wanted to lose, already as a child he was tired of winning all the time. And when Bokushi was in control Oreshi hoped one of the Miracles would defeat him. But he still did everything he could to win and he lost anyway. It must hurt a lot but he has no resentment, he doesn't have a meltdown or anything. Even when he loses he loses the right way and he has the best attitude possible, he is so sweet.

Also he is so pretty even when he cries.

SO I was introduced to a new thing, and it really highlighted the 3 primary ways I acquire blorbos.

Kagami and Aomine are the same height. But Aomine’s the leaner of the two (he did this on purpose) while Kagami’s built like a brick house.

One of his favorite things to do is carry Aomine places. And it’s even better if he stays in the places Kagami puts him.

Like they’ll be in the bathroom getting ready for bed and a sleepy Kagami will scoop Aomine up in the middle of his skin routine and carry him to the bedroom, or they’ll be on the couch and it’ll be time to make dinner so the redhead’ll get up, pick up the bluenette without warning and carry him to the kitchen where he’ll set him on the counter to keep him close.

Aomine always bitches and complains about it but he’ll grumpily stay put, demanding to be fed pieces of food or yawn and tiredly curse him out while he gets comfortable under the covers.
