Hey, so I had a guess for Stan Baker's knack. I read a post that it had been used in Brothers Chosen, and I thought about how Dean had somehow managed to forget an entire being on his person. Who also might have been a threat to him. So does Stan have like a stealth ability to kinda make people forget he's there. Like how sometimes someone is so quiet that people forget they are there?

This is actually the closest guess to his actual knack that anyone's gotten, so we're gonna give it to you!

Attention Manipulation: The ability to psychically manipulate a human's attention.

Stan's knack works a bit similarly to John Winchester's, in that he is able to divert humans' attention from himself if he focuses on it. In the case of the scene you mentioned in Live and Let Die, Dean was a bit distracted doing what he was doing on that hunt, but Stan was definitely putting out 'don't look in your pocket' vibes that sealed the deal. At least for a bit.

While Stan concentrates on not being seen, humans' eyes won't focus on him and/or they might ignore his general vicinity. Even if he were out in the open and a human tried looking right where he was, with his knack active their gaze would simply slide off him like... uh, whatever it is water slides off. It's an incredibly useful skill for a borrower to have, and even in AU like Brothers Chosen where he doesn't realize he has it, he can still use it!

And though it isn't as easily discovered by him, his knack also works in the reverse: Stan can draw a human's focus towards himself, making it difficult for them to ignore him or even look away if he's really digging in. This could be a handy tactic for diversion, or a way to alert a friendly human that something's going on with him.

Like most knacks, Stan's does have its limits and rules. It works similarly to Sherlock's knack, where it only affects Stan at its base level but he can train it to affect others in a larger area with much greater effort and higher chance of burnout. It also doesn't affect borrowers/littles' attention at all, so even if he's fully hidden from human view, a fellow smol will be able to see him just fine.

If someone asked what's the most cracked idea I can come up with in a few minutes. Well...

Kaiju No.8's Kafka Hibino and Optimus Prime from Transformers are in an open marriage. RE Leon Scott Kennedy wants to join but is completely oblivious that he can until told. Knack, Rayman and Rabbid Kanya are the three adopted children in said marriage.

Everyone is basically the vigilante version of monster hunters but also clean up crew. Kill kaiju and then handle the mess before others appear. Like I said pure crack that can be treated with some seriousness or not.

Blame this on a mix of poor sleep schedule and being stuck on a boat in the hot sun for hours today. Don't regret it though. Except the tagging.

okay i rewatched the gameplay of knack1-2, and i still don’t understand how does relic energy work

i mean.. like, i understand the concept of RELICS getting together with that energy, but metal, ice, wood? It’s not relics, so how? I’m kinda confused. I’m almost sure i missed something from the game, and i cannot understand what, so i’m making this post(PLEASE CORRECT ME ABOUT ALL THIS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT AND HOW DOES IT WORK.) When there was only knack 1, i had a yheory that it’s because the thing that EVERYTHING knack took as his parts were “ancient”, because.. wood grew like for yers, metal was on earth for sure a lot, crystals are too, ice is WATER, which were on earth from the start too, so, basically everything that comes ONLY from the nature, and is ancient can connect with the relics, because somewhere in the past there was like some kind of a energy sourse, and everything that were here that time has it, but relics have the most concentration of it because they are made from all three things, wood, rock(crystals) and metal.. but what about wood, it could be growing for only a few years and every.. that’s why i left that theory, and also in the second game appeared that system of “relic energy”, so i left that theory behind for the second time.

and i’m still wondering about how does that thing with making non-relic thing work like a relic work at all. i’m either dumb, either i am dumb

Astro, Knack, Sackboy fusion template

Here is another, random, PlayStation themed fusion template featuring Astro from Astro's Playroom and Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Knack from the Knack series, and Sackboy from LittleBigPlanet and Sackboy: A Big Adventure. They are all small and adorable PlayStation owned characters, who like Ratchet, Clank, and Sly I see being grouped together for how similar they are and I also think that if they interacted with each other (like in a PlayStation All-Stars reboot) they would quickly become friends. I thought it would be interesting to make this in hopes to see fusions of them. It would also be more challenging then other fusion templates, great for those who want such an experience since one is a robot, one is made of old relics, and one made of fluff and string.

#10: Sam from Sam & Max

He seems like he'd LOVE hugs. Plus since he's a dog he'd probably let you pet him if he's in the mood. His hugs would be soft as fuck and nobody can tell me otherwise.

#9: Leatherhead from TMNT (2003)

This guy NEEDS a hug and will absolutely accept one with zero hesitation. Will probably even lift you up while hugging.

#8: Doctor Vargas from Knack

HAH, Y'ALL THOUGHT I WAS GONNA SAY KNACK HUH?! You wouldn't be wrong. Dr. Vargas is very dad coded to me and is a very kind man who loves his family. Plus this science family canonically hugs each other so yeah. Hug the scientist.

Now this is probably VERY random, but whenever I think about this man's backstory and what he's gone through I think "this man is VERY OVERDUE for a hug." Even though he's probably not that much of a hugger, only hugging those close to him. His hugs feel earned and validating.

HE'S BASICALLY A GIANT SENTIENT PLUSH DOLL WHY WOULD YOU NOT HUG HIM?! HIS HUGS WOULD BE SO SOFT AND FUN, SINCE YOU KNOW HE'D SPIN YOU AROUND LIKE THE GOOF HE IS.

#3: DBK from Lego Monkie Kid

He may not be one of my favorites, but I still wish to hug him! He's yet another man who loves his family and would probably give his own life to protect them. Started off as a bastard, still kinda is, but has grown into an amazing father. Is hugs would absolutely be warm! But that's mostly because of the fact that he lives in a lava castle.

Of course this dude was gonna be on here. We all knew. But, again, LOOK AT HIM. How could you not wanna hug this cool dude! He'd pat you on the back and everything. Safest hug you'll ever be in. Also he loves his Waddle Dees so of course that's a plus!
