WAIKIN is our newest CEO, PERSONAL TRAINER, AND COACH residing in a LUXURY HOME. He was born on JANUARY 1, 1991. Did you know that on top of speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Korean, he also speaks French and German despite his short stays there ? Well, now you do! Let’s learn a little more about them…

PERSONALITY

Despite his position and overall financial situation, he was far from having some spoiled rotten kind of personality. Ever since he was born, his grandparents always taught him deep and lifetime values, important lessons in every aspect of life. Thanks to them and his own experiences, Waikin grew up into a humble, perspicace, straightforward, diplomatic, smart, charismatic man and being anything else, a very sociable and loving human being.

Waikin was a man of taste to say the list. Fashion and Sports were things he always had been interested in, being himself a personal trainer and coach before being a CEO. He was a very friendly and open-minded person, accepting adversity and hardships in life without any bitterness. As his occupations even required it, it also applied in every day life as the men knew when to laugh and when to be serious. He could be a bit bossy sometimes but nothing that couldn’t be pointed out or worked on.

He truly liked traveling, site seeing, discovering different cuisines and cultures. He was also a sort of health freak, very aware of what he was eating and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and alimentation. He has an enormous soft spot for animals as well, having himself two dogs and two cats. A bit nerdy on the borders, he loved coding, playing chess that he started playing ever since he was five.

BIO

Waikin was literally what we could call a worldwide entrepreneur and business man. The man was from an immensely rich family. He was born and raised in Hong Kong with his father and paternal grandparents while his mother was reigning upon their empire. Being a Korean woman, it made it all easier for him to get South Korea when he was around twenty years old and follow the steps of his parents in their business methods while following his own dreams as he then decided to start a thesis in the same field after getting his master degree in IT science and mathematics. A diploma that had then been granted.

Despite being constantly busy, his parents have always been the most present and loving possible with their only son. They always tried to raise him into a humble and assertive man and all their efforts were paying the more he was getting older. With his own hard work, Waikin created two luxury hotel chains of which he was the owner and CEO, 'Sunrise’ and 'Nocturne’ now being implemented in basically every country. Making sure 'Nocturne’ was more accessible for Low to High class persons.

Having his father as the chairman of JoWangShin Hospital and his mother a famous real estate agency owner (as she herself had been an agent) and the CEO of Kwan Holdings made him a rather known person whether he wanted it or not. At least no question would be asked about the legacy and all those things. The man was now in the process of enlarging his own empire as he was seeing his fitness and gym chains, IT science companies getting bigger and bigger. It was only a question of time before they could see the light of the day in other continents except Asia.

Long story short, Waikin certainly couldn’t say he was bored or didn’t know what to do. He was just too busy to even think about lazying around as it just happened very rarely.

His friends’ circle wasn’t big not because he didn’t want to know more people but because real friends are usually counted on one hand. Either way, he never feared approaching others and create some bonds whether it was professionally or personally. When it came to Waikin’s love life, we couldn’t say this part of his life was very fruitful. He had dated boys and girls before but didn’t get the opportunity to even try when coming to Korea as he wasn’t interested in anything deep at that time. Now that he is getting older, he wishes to have a real and deep relationship with someone someday. Despite this will, he was always so careful about it as he didn’t want people to look at him for his persona and wallet but for what he truly is.

Model Trịnh Bảo, 24, won the top prize at Mr International on February 24, 2019, in Manila, the Philippines.

He is the second Vietnamese representative to win the contest. In 2008, model Tiến Đoàn won the title.

Francesco Piscitelli from Venezuela and Waikin Kwan from Hong Kong took the first and second runner-up titles. The 13th contest of its kind gathered 40 male representatives from all over the world. The final results coincided with what experts had guessed on the Missology website before the final round. Bảo stands 1.85m, 80kg in weight. He was born and grew up in the northern coastal city of Hải Phòng. He settled in HCM City, where he works as a professional model. Before moving to HCM City, Bảo was a fitness trainer in Hải Phòng. He won bronze medal at the Vietnam Supermodel 2018 contest. On the Facebook page of the contest, Bảo was said to “love beach soccer and swimming.” “With a background in music and drama, he hopes to pursue a career in acting, and eventually business. He describes himself as funny and friendly but also confident and brave.” “It was a surprising victory,” he said shortly after receiving the title. “Right now, I just want to say ‘thank-you’ to the audience in my homeland and international fans, who have supported me for the past few months.” The contest was first organised in 2006, one among three contests for men. The other two include Manhunt International and Mister Tourism World.
