Description: Looking for Kyan's estranged younger sister, (tentatively) named  Thalia. Most details are UTP given then nature of their relationship, but their family was very devoted to the Capitol. I see Thalia being secretly critical of the Games, though, which could be the reason for the siblings' falling out after Kyan became a gamemaker.
