Side effects: excessive dryness 🖤 Benzoyl Peroxide Benzoyl Peroxide is one of the very popular Ingredients in anti-acne products because of it's effectiveness in killing bacteria, removing excess sebum & clearing clogged pores. When using Benzoyl Peroxide you should start from the lowest percentage and gently go higher. Side effects: Scaling, skin irritation, redness, excessive dryness 🖤 Salicylic Acid Helps in clearing clogged pores and calming down the redness Side effects: skin irritation 🖤 Alpha Hydroxy Acids Alpha hydroxy acids are fruit based acids which helps in gently peeling off dead skin cells thereby regenerating new skin cells. These helps in renewing your skin. Results - brighter skin! There are two different alpha hydroxy acids which are used in treating pimples - glycolic acid & lactic acid.
