How can we really prevent our kids from asking for screens like TV, laptop or mobile phones? It's hard if your child is already used to #screentime but totally doable if you put your heart into it! Here are some tips from us (me & Mr. Husband because he is the one who majorly engages her😝😁) to minimize\cut-off screen time from your kid's life for good. . . . 💕 Try to spend as much time possible with them - you can talk, sing, dance & play with them like another kid would do! That's the best way to engage any child. For a little older kids reading with them really helps😊 💕 Storytelling - turn yourself into a storyteller and try weaving interesting stories about animals, birds and characters you know. This will slowly interest them and they will forget watching cartoons & movies in no time. 💕 Create a toddler learning folder (for kids of 2-4 years) - it's a collection of learning activities you can create yourself to prep them for preschool and also keep them engaged for hours together! 💕 Once in a while put on a puppet show - create animal faces on cardboards and imitate like how they talk & their sounds. This is fascinating for any kid I say!! 💕 This might sound not so great for few parents but this is the best way to bring up your kid into a nice human being - engage them in your day to day household chores. For example whenever I wash clothes little miss A helps fill the bucket with water using a mug, she hands me cloth pins while drying them, she has her own broomstick to sweep😂 - likewise you can engage them in your everyday works. This way they get to learn, see and do these simple things. 💕 Make them do their works themselves - for example putting on a diaper\underwear, combing their hair, washing up once they pee, wiping with a towel. They see, they learn, they do. People who have sensitive nose might find it bothersome though! 💙 The Dot & Key Water Drench Hydrating Hyaluronic Serum Concentrate gives good amount of hydration to the skin and my skin feels plump and soft. I could also see a little bit of brightening effect on my face when I use this. 💙 It doesn't cause any breakouts or skin irritation, so it can be used by people with sensitive skin as well. 💙 I have oily skin and it gives perfect level of hydration to my skin- neither more nor less. But if you have dry\highly dehydrated skin then this serum might not be your first choice as it might not give you the required hydration. 💙 You will need a little more product than the other oil based serums because of its light texture. 💙 Pro tip: Whenever you use a product with Hyaluronic Acid in it spritz your face with some rose water or plain water immediately after applying the product because Hyaluronic Acid works best together with water.
