i just watched the new dungeon meshi ep and the oly thing i could think about was that every time laios and kabru talked to each other it felt like that one death note scene in the coffee shop L (kabru) keeps inner monologuing but when its light's (laios) turn into one of those "death note with no internal monologue" videos
