Things get awry when her ex-husband Carlos and his kooky girlfriend Alex show up. After Isabel and Carlos engage in a heated argument in the kitchen, Carlos is later discovered collapsing and writhing on the floor so Isabel is suspected of rat poisoning him. To go on is to reveal too much about this outrageously funny but not so original movie.
