Sure, his mom's friend's goddaughter (who he was now stuck hanging out with) everyone knew had been kidnapped and held hostage for some odd years (it was a pretty hot topic in town for awhile, and then again once she'd been found) but it was still weird to think about.

“i mean,   the draft is annoying and maker help me when it rains,   but it should be fixed soon.”   he shrugged.   the rest of the castle,   beyond what the inquisition’s visitors wwere to take in,   weren’t the highest priority.   he could be realistic.  there was enough space to bring in some plants when the damned roof was finally patched.   his heart was set already on caring for some of the rarer ones.    “better than sleeping outside with the damn pilgrims.”   his back ached just thinking about it.   he wondered how they tolerated the cold,   even if some days when the sun ascended high enough it wasn’t as chilly as the mountain village from whence they fled.  he corked a test potion and pushed it aside to settle.  “you look rested today,   though.”   she probably had a proper bed,  in one of the better rooms.  not that her restfulness would last long.

As Rein was exercising on a sturdy oak tree, he noticed his girlfriend walking over, stopping his upsidedown sit ups in favor of looking at her. He had a habit of hanging by his knees like a bat while talking to his companions for sure, but Ivy was juuuust close enough to reach.

Now that he had someone at camp who wanted his company in such a way, he could be a little greedy with it, wanting to kiss and touch the beautiful Ivy at nearly all times.

Rein yanked her by the shoulder straps, just close enough for his face to be next to hers before he pressed their lips together. His teeth lightly pulled at her lip with a giggle, cupping her cute cheeks and feverishly kissing her, again. It was awkward, but right now, most kisses were, if he was honest. He just... Liked her. What could he say? A little awkward angling was not going to stop him.

It was hard to believe they had just came from the Underdark to a place that was considerably darker, and likely more deadly. Never in his life did he think that possible, yet here they were. The tiefling held the torch and made sure all stayed close to him as they moved.

The curse had an interesting effect on him. While it did belong to Shar, and he was not hers the curse did pose some level of concern for him, but the shadows, the deep dark? It was not only hers. And this place bolstered him. His skin prickled, and his blood grew loud. His body aching to take a shape more comfortable to fit the growing hunger and need. To contain this power.

Raserei ignored it, his focus on what was ahead, paying close attention to the shadows and their movement or lack thereof. His ears opened for the slight shift in silence before an attack.

"This is why gods shouldn't just interfere with mortal affairs." he grumbled as they walked.

TOLK - My original Inquisitor. He is a simple apostate mage now, if the plot doesn’t call for him to be in a position of power. Tolk was dismissed from his clan long ago and does not keep long term company; he is a solo traveler. He is friendly though spacey, and not strict on social etiquette between any race. Storm chaser and star surveyor. He is the main reason Charlie and the others are put on the path to Skyhold. Tolk obsessively maps out directions through constellations and knows the way of the world. Limber and lanky, shoulders slouch down. Tolk, of course, is a friend of Red’s and ( though Red does not know it ), had a run in with a younger Charlie Howard and John Pollard years ago. Tolk and Red will trade, and this is how Red gets rare pressed flowers & plant cuttings. Tolk is mainly a lightening centric mage - quick and clean death to the heart. He has spent his traveling time learning how to tame lightening as it dances down from the sky ; a thrilling drive of ultimate, organic power. 40 something and looks younger than he is due to his detachment from the dreaded world.

THE SIREN - She is as she sounds. An aquatic man ( or whoever ) eater. Prefers the well rounded warrior type like Brindleback. She will pretend to be a drowned maiden in order to catch her prey ( they’ll be blessed with a blurry sight of brilliant shimmering scales on a long mermaid tail as they’re being drown ). Red was caught by her once and then thrown back to shore once she realized how small he was. She is not well adapted in the common tongue but understands the concept of trade well enough ; you give me something, I’ll give you something. Red will offer her up a small mammal or game, and she’ll press a pretty stone or pearl into his palm. The Siren will go more dormant when the cold season hits and Red wanders her way in the thick of snow to make sure her eggs are still protected, overwintering for the warmer hatching season.

WARDEN BRINDLEBACK - Ohhh god I’m gonna keep this short because I could go ON about the Brindleback family. Once Robrecht Brindleback. Now a scorned and bastardized son that has been scratched off and erased from a tall family tree. Warden Brindleback now. Companion to the Hero of Ferelden and trying to keep his wits about him during the Inquisition. His final duty. Could aid as a father figure. However, after the sky is stitched together, Brindleback plans to go to the Deep Roads and battle to his death. He wants it to be over. If romanced, he’ll live another 6 - 10 decent years before the Blight takes him.

Besides mutual attraction, Hawke wants someone who is able to match her wit and keep up with her whether it is in battle or...other things (wink wonk). She also wants someone who is able to understand her emotions and is able to work with her through her trauma.

3. what sort of things does your muse AVOID in a partner?

She obviously with not tolerate narcissism - she dealt with too much of that while in Kirkwall. Other than that, her expectations are pretty low.

5. how easily does your muse fall in love?

It honestly depends on the situation. Hawke may appear confident and flirty, but in reality she is afraid of getting too attached. She practically lost her family and friends, so she fears that she will also lose the people she forms an attachment to.

tl;dr - not so easily.

9. who are some characters you ship your muse with?

Obviously I have my biases from the games. In my personal canon, Hawke is shipped with Fenris, but Anders, Isabela, and Merrill also have my heart. In the world of rp however, I am open for pretty much any ship, even involving characters from the other games.
