Trước tiên chúng ta cần làm quen với các khái niệm sơ lược về PCB, PCB nhôm, cấu tạo, đặc điểm và nguyên lý hoạt động của Led thanh nhôm như thế nào..

*Các khái niệm:

.PCB:  Viết tắt của từ Printed Circuit Board hay thường gọi là mạch in, nơi để hàn và nối các linh kiện điện tử để tạo thanh bo mạch, chất liệu chính của PCB thường là sợi thủy tinh, chúng ta có thể dễ dàng bắt gặp các bo mạch trong các thiết b�� điện tử như các máy cassette, tivi, đầu máy, điện thoại, vi tính.v.v…

Mạch in

.PCB nhôm:

Với sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của đèn Led, chất liệu sợi thủy tinh của PCB dần được thay thế bởi hợp kim nhôm, nhằm giúp nhiệt lượng của đèn Led tản ra xung quanh khi nó hoạt động, kéo dài tuổi thọ bóng đèn Led. Từ đây, cụm từ “PCB nhôm” được sử dụng rộng rãi trong ngành đèn Led và là một bộ phận quan trọng không thể thiếu trong mỗi bộ đèn Led Đèn led âm trần – downlight đạt chuẩn Hàn Quốc bảo hành 5 năm

PCB nhôm quan sát bằng mắt thường bao gồm 2 bề mặt, 1 bề mặt dùng để hàn nối các chân dẫn(điện) của led, thường được phủ sơn màu trắng hay đen(tùy theo yêu cầu của người dùng), bề mặt còn lại là chất liệu nhôm, thường được phủ 1 lớp kem tản nhiệt, bề mặt được phủ kem tản nhiệt này tiếp xúc với bộ phận tản nhiệt sau cùng của sản phẩm

PCB nhôm là 1 dạng kim loại bảng đồng (có thể được cán,tráng thêm các thành phần nhằm tăng độ cứng hay còn gọi là đồng CCL) có công dụng tản nhiệt rất tốt, PCB nhôm thông thường được cấu tạo bởi 3 thành phần cơ bản:

Lớp đồng lá (hay còn gọi là lớp mạch điện)

Lớp cách điện

Lớp kim loại(chủ yếu là nhôm tản nhiệt)

Cấu tạo pcb nhôm

nếu là loại tốt có thể thiết kế thành bảng đôi(lớp đôi), bao gồm: lớp mạch điện-lớp cách điện-lớp nhôm-lớp cách điện- lớp mạch điện, loại nhiều lớp ít được sử dụng

*Led thanh nhôm:

Thành phần chính là PCB nhôm, có dạng thanh dài, thể rắn, chủ yếu được ứng dụng vào lĩnh vực  đèn Led nên thường được gọi là Led thanh nhôm

Bề mặt led thanh nhôm là nơi các bóng led được gắn trên mạch điện, mạch điện này được thiết kế trên bảng mạch in nhôm (PCB nhôm), các loại bóng led có thể là SMD, có thể là công suất lớn 1w, 3w. Tùy theo nhu cầu sử dụng, tùy theo công suất mà có thể lựa chọn các led thanh nhôm có quy cách khác nhau. Led thanh nhôm được chia thành 2 loại

Loại công suất thấp:Led thanh nhôm 5050, led thanh nhôm 5630, led thanh nhôm 5730, led thanh nhôm 7020, led thanh nhôm 3528, led thanh nhôm 2835..

Đặc điểm: Trên mạch điện của led thanh nhôm thường sử dụng các bóng led công nghệ SMD cùng với các điện trở hạn dòng, có thể dùng trực tiếp với nguồn áp 12VDC, 24VDC, ngoài ra có thể phối hợp với các thiết bị điều khiển ngoại vi khác như dimmer touch, dimmer remote.v.v..

Các tham số cơ bản của led SMD đã có mặt trên thị trường:

Led smd 5050: Công suất 0.2w, quang thông 20-22lm, 22-24lm, 24-26lm

Led smd 5630: Công suất 0.5w, quang thông 50-55lm, 55-60lm

Led smd 3014: Công suất 0.1w, quang thông 11-12lm, 12-13lm

Led smd 3528: Công suất 0.06w, quang thông 6-7lm, 7-8lm, 8-9lm

Led smd 2835: Công suất 0.2w, quang thông 20-22lm, 22-24lm, 24-26lm

Ứng dụng:

Led thanh nhôm 5050: Chiếu sáng quầy kệ trưng bày, showroom, trần thạch cao giật cấp…

Led thanh nhôm 5630: Chiếu sáng quầy kệ nữ trang, vàng bạc đá quý, tủ trưng bày, trang trí nội thất, chiếu sáng hồ thủy sinh, hồ cá các loại, hộp đèn quảng cáo, chữ quảng cáo..

Led thanh nhôm 3528,2835,3014: Chủ yếu làm nguồn sáng cho đèn tuýp led

Loại công suất lớn: led thanh nhôm dùng bóng led 1w, 3w: led thanh nhôm 24w, 18w, 28w, 32w, 36w

Led thanh nhôm công suất lớn đèn chiếu sáng vườn thanh long

Đặc điểm: Khi hoạt động nhiệt lượng sản sinh rất lớn, dòng điện thường ở 350mA(1w), hoặc 650mA(3w) nên thường được đi kèm với nguồn dòng driver (hay thường gọi là adapter) được thiết kế từ các nhà sản xuất có uy tín, hoặc có thể dùng với nguồn áp 12VDC, hay 24VDC, ngoài ra có thể dùng với các thiết bị điều khiển ngoại vi khác như dimmer touch, dimmer remote

Ứng dụng:

Led thanh nhôm 24w, 18w: Chiếu sáng quầy kệ vàng, bạc, đá quý cao cấp, tủ trưng bày, showroom sang trọng, các nơi cần quang thông và độ hoàn màu cao, hồ cá thủy sinh các loại..

Led thanh nhôm 32w, 36w: làm nguồn sáng cho các đèn led hắt tường(wall washer lights)
