She     is     soft     between     Elektra’s     sheets,     flesh     bare     in     the     open     air     as     sweat     cools     along     her     hairline.     They     are     tangled     and     knotted     together     like     weeds     around     a     tree     root,     fingers     tracing     each     other’s     scars     gently.     “I     don’t     think     anyone     can     ever     truly     know     all     of     someone.”     This     right     here     is     what     someone     would     call     intimacy.     She     has     tasted     her     blood,     let     her     teeth     tear     at     her     flesh     until     there     was     more     of     their     blood     in     each     other     than     their     own     veins.     That     was     eons     away     from     this     moment,     quiet     and     at     ease     with     each     other     in     the     dead     of     night.     Ciri’s     callouses     drag     and     catch     along     Elektra’s     skin     as     she     traces     along     the     assassin's     ribs,     following     the     line     down     to     the     gentle     curve     of     her     hip     as     she     does.     “We     know     each     other’s     insides,”     that     gets     her     a     pinch     and     a     grin,     “     and     each     other’s     outsides     but     we     will     never     truly     know     each     other     inside     and     out.”

Not     that     Ciri     doesn’t     want     to.     She     wants     to     meld     and     fuse     with     everything     Elektra     is,     everything     she     has     ever     been     and     everything     she     will     ever     be.     She     wants     to     burrow     in     her     skin     and     know     the     taste     of     her     tongue     in     the     morning,     every     sound     of     pleasure     and     pain     cataloged     in     the     most     wondrous     of     symphonies     in     Ciri’s     head.     Biting     just     above     Elektra’s     heart,     she     revels     in     the     pulse     beneath     her     tongue,     in     the     feeling     of     fingers     tangling     into     the     curls     at     the     base     of     her     skull.     You     want     a     better     story.     Who     wouldn’t?     Not     just     for     herself,     but     for     both     of     them.     Their     fingers     tangle     and     Ciri     settles     in     the     space     between     Elektra’s     thighs,     warm     and     syrupy     as     she     props     herself     above     the     other,     thumb     tracing     gently     beneath     the     other’s     lower     lip     and     into     the     dip     of     her     chin.     “I’ll     probably     never     know     you,     ‘Lektra.     But     I     know     enough.”     Ciri     knows     enough     to     know     she     will     always     want     more,     of     Elektra.     She     will     always     want     to     turn     the     page,     to     hold     tighter     and     bite     harder     until     there     is     no     𝑪𝑰𝑹𝑰     and     no     𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑲𝑻𝑹𝑨;     until     there     is     only     them.

she really doesn’t have any other aliases that are like. canon and used she literally just goes by her name but some things people have called her in the past even if just once:

tainted death, perfect death, lady luckless, infernal queen (paraphrasing but still) the one who is death (karen. suck my dick), death itself, saint of revenge (one recent bit of art by ben caldwell that i have LATCHED onto like a feral badger), death bringer, ghost who walks as a woman, the most dangerous woman in the world, matt’s girl, giselle, ice queen, little wounded assassin, weapon, the most dangerous assassin on the planet, epsilon (the only thing that would ever really qualify as an alternate alias i suppose. it was a stage name), lost one

in terms of nicknames, lektra is the only real abbreviation of her name ever used (matt and logan). she’s literally never been nicknamed ellie like in the show and which is validation because calling her ellie irritates me beyond belief and i don’t know why. matt also used to call her olive oil
