I don’t even know what to say to this…... My cherubs were discussing what superpowers they had and what death-defying situations they could get out of, using said superpowers. They were really coming up with some good scenarios. The Avengers would have been proud. After a while, they both began speaking in hushed tones, I’m never comfortable when they speak in hushed tones, so I inquired as to what sort of collusion were they up to that required said hushed tones. To this, my only daughter replied, that they had decided that I was Super Mum and they were fighting over me. Well, I joy of joys, any mothers heart would miss a beat at hearing such warming words. This is where I should have left well enough alone, unfortunately, in my excitement I didn’t. I foolishly requested to know what amazing superpower was bestowed on me? Eagerly, they both informed me that I had two superpowers, the power of cleaning and the power to do whatever they asked. They were fighting over who would get me as their sidekick. I wasn’t allowed to be the main superhero, because real superheroes had proper powers but mine would do finely for serving whichever child owned me!
