Space Barbie updates!

(yes I actually haven’t forgotten about this category)

Today: a lucky drop from weekly conquest and the most expensive outfit so far.

So, I decided to log on Auletta (don’t remember why, perhaps wanted to get some screenies), and got the Empowered Restorer chestpiece from the guild conquest crate. It’s basically Ardent Oracle but with different colors and can only be worn by Consulars and Inquisitors (though there is a version of that set for agents iirc).

And look what happened! Because, apparently, even with the clothes she doesn’t wear in public, she must look dramatic. Bought a dye and added other pieces from collections and Alliance packs.

And yeah, I now have Yavin stronghold! Do I need it? Not really. Have I spend a not so small amount of credits to buy and unlock some of the rooms? Yes. Why have I done this? Idk, maybe I wanted something Sith-y.

Now, to my most expensive outfit. A bit of context: the only reason I bought it today and not a month later (as I planned) is because my memory is still weird, and because it decided to not work properly yesterday I wasted money on tickets and messed up the time of leaving, so I had to buy the tickets to go another city for holidays again. Thing is, I already had plans for this money, it was supposed to be spend on my New Year present (for myself, yeah, I know, but can’t I have a nice present? As a treat?), and now I don’t have enough. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. So to cheer myself up I spent the money I got left on that kickass outfit. Serotonin, come now, please. Impulse control, I need you too.

I still have a problem with the boots (I want them to be the same color as wrists and helmet, but they don’t dye too well), but aside from that it looks great (imo). Boy it was expensive. In short, Infamous Bounty Hunter and Furious Gladiator sets bought from cartel market (and let me tell ya, these are not the cheapest sets), Proficient Hitman set from GTN for 1 mil credits, which is fine, and then about 100-150 thousand credits on each of 4 dyes (and one of those is useless in the end). Plus unlocking a new outfit tab and putting the pieces in there. 

Was it worth it? I’d say yes, I love this hella badass look.

I also noticed a weird thig (bug?) - in the cutscenes and the select screen the helmet is shown without the, ugh, this thing

But in the game it’s back  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This awkward moment when you forgot to change companions’ clothes before entering serious cutscenes. 

(shame on me for not taking the shot with Aric being in the dress as well)
