Shinha had had fun last season with Babysitting Services and so signing up for a second season was something he happily did. While he wanted to participate in all three variety shows, Shinha loved kids and his previous experience had been fun and so he had decided on rejoining Babysitting Services. Of course, he knew to be prepared for anything when coming to the recording day but he wasn’t prepared for this.

Not only was he to take care of twin boys (which wasn’t as bad as three boys) but he was also paired with his cousin @lgcxjinah​. Of all his many cousins, Jinah was the one that Shinha fought the most with. They were the youngest in the family and clashed like crazy. It wasn’t that they hated each other, it was quite the opposite, but they were very playful and competitive against each other.

Shinha turned to his cousin once their pairing and children had been announced. ❛ So.. not only have they paired us together, but they’ve given us twins to take care of. How crazy do you think the staff are? ❜  He asked his cousin with a playful chuckle.

**questions & uncertainties

with their busy schedules, there are times when it’s harder to find the chance to spend some time together. even with the spontaneous, short ones and he’s thankful that her roommate doesn’t seem to mind his rather unpredictable visits. still, it was easy to say that spending time with jinah, specially after being apart for a some time, is still his favorite time of any day. at this point, he’s stopped minding how whipped he must seem to most. were they stuck in that cheesy, honeymoon phase? probably. not that he minds. junghwan just hopes she doesn’t mind it either.

if he were being honest, there were times when he wanted to directly ask her where their relationship stands. was he actually waiting for something? but he’s admittedly torn between the promise he told her - i don’t mind waiting - and just wanting to know if they’re even on the same page. ah, but it does, though. sometimes it feels like she does love him back. but that was it - he wanted to make sure.

shaking the rather unwanted thoughts away,  he gives jinah a smile - the warm, fond one he usually has reserved for her. “hello, gorgoeus,” he says, leaning closer for a kiss. it has been a while, after all. “i missed you.”

lightly elbowing jinah, he stares at the grand scheme of it all. korea university at night. team blue. they’re in the middle of it, and he’s managed to find jinah after the two of them had survived for some time. honestly, being alone for too long makes him feel antsy but also safe in a way - it means that he hasn’t run into one of the members of the other teams either. when he first saw jinah, it made him startle a bit, because he’s done a rather habit of running away. it’s his “strategy”, even if the show and cameras might catch him as being cowardly. no, he insists as he is filmed. this is strategy. after all, he’s safe when he’s not getting attacked.

he thinks he recalls jinah having a competitive streak. he can’t quite remember. “so, what’s your count? how’ve you been doing?” he might have gotten like one person’s tag, from the green team he thinks. but it’s hard to get people out when he barely runs into them. “i did find a few coloured flags though so... not doing too shabby, yea?”

There was never the need for a reason to meet Jinah, Yisol would probably jump up to meet her in the middle of the night. Then again, the current time of day was never something she'd cared for much, anyway. At the same, of course, the prospect of news was all the more reason for her to hurry to the other as soon as it was possible for them to meet. Their different schedules weren't exactly helpful with this, but nothing was impossible, or at least that was what the female believed. And so far, that'd worked out well for her.

“Sooo?” Yisol asked, a grin plastered on her face, as usual, eyes just as bright and curiosity at an all-time high. She couldn't really sit still either. “What's this about?”

♡ 60 Seconds Challenge EP 002

she smiles and waves her hands towards the camera. "hey everyone! welcome back to 60 seconds challenge!" she pauses for a moment before continuing. "today we have another guest with us." she then turns to look at jinah as she speaks to the other female. "could you please introduce yourself for those that may not know who you are?" she asks this, waiting for the other female to introduce herself before looking back at the camera. "alright so just like the first episode we're going to be doing tiktok challenges, though of course there's a different punishment today but we won't know what that is until the final results come out later."

arin takes a moment to explain the rules of the show to jinah, as well as the viewers who probably hadn't seen the first episode. thankfully, compared to the first episode, she had managed to do things a lot more smoothly than before. "so, are you ready to take on the challenge?" she asks this while looking at jinah, the smile still on her face as she speaks. even though she didn't know who would win this or even what the punishment was, she was still excited and it was clearly showing.

Events like these were always fun to the girl, appreciating every break of the normal training routine they got. While she wasn't too excited about the scary aspects, they were still fun... sort of. But they weren't in a haunted house or watching a horror movie, so Ahra wasn't all too worried. Plus, she was with Jinah.

“I get to see you much too little these days,” she said to the other, pouting, “but what should we try first?” she asked, her smile returning to her face, as she looked around the hall and at everything that was offered this year. The wig was a bit annoying, but aside from that she quite liked her costume. And it'd been pretty easy to acquire, which was another plus. Good thing Sailor Moon was so popular, though she wouldn't have minded to go as one of the cats or something entirely different either.

it's easy enough to spot jinah amongst the sea of people in the theme park; her hair's still tinted pink, and it’s still as eye-catching as jaewoo remembers from the first time they'd met. the filming crew around her's a pretty dead giveaway, too. he has a similar team following him now as he approaches jinah; the cameraman to his left capturing the way his eyes practically light up when he spots her, the tips of his lips curving fondly.

part of it's an act, because this is still a variety show about cute "couples" and it'd do jaewoo well to put on that extra ~*twinkle*~ in his eyes when he looks at jinah; or stare at her for a second too long, like he's mesmerized; or, you know, whatever else it would take to make the audience coo. but a much bigger part of it's just genuine enthusiasm, because it's been a while since he'd last gotten to hang out with the entertainer, and he really is looking forward to seeing her again.

today's date is supposed to be action-packed, too, and although he's kind of scared as to what that might entail (he'd come to realize that jinah's a thing of chaos, so anything goes, really), it's also made him even more excited for the day ahead.

jaewoo slows down and comes to a stop behind her, gesturing at the staff to keep his presence a secret. he bends slightly, tilting his head, before gently tapping jinah on the shoulder.

On his third episode, he was glad to have someone like Jinah since she was a gamer herself and he knew that she had already played dnd before, they could skip the awkward first timer walk through. It was going to be fun since Minseok could let loose a little more with her around. He leaned on the wall, having set up his entire dnd set up already. He was excited for the campaign he had planned for today since he could afford to go bit more out there.

He grinned widely seeing his cousin. Jinah and Jinseo were the more tolerable duo out of the whole family. "JINAH!" he happily exclaimed, seeing the girl walk in. "Honestly you have no idea how happy am I to see you! After the disaster that was last week, i think this will be quite a fun time," he stated.

"May I offer you a juice, or snacks before we start?" he asked, playing the polite host as always since that was the appeal he tried to have. The campaign he'd prepared today for her would be quite fun for both of them with all the fun stuff from Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail.

    XX.   ━━   some seem to take this game a lot more seriously than others.  one of those people is on his team, and her name is kim jinah.  

it’s a little strange to take a game so seriously, to come up with strategies and try to employ others to it even when they don’t really ask for it.  truthfully, doha just wanted to play the game and try to at least get a flag.  the game didn’t spark his need for competition; as far as he was concerned, that’s all this is  -  a game.  

jinah being a different story and turning her attention to him when they’re talking just as the game is called to start already has him tired.  “ what do you mean can i take care of the guys?” he lifts a brow, a frown already forming on his lips.  this is already going to give him a headache; he knows it.  “ explain.”

For the second time in a row she finds herself celebrating the holidays with her siblings and without their parents, more importantly their grandparents. Usually Jinsoul would be in the comforts of her childhood home by the valleys of Hawaii, waiting patiently for grandmother’s cookies and sneaking a peak at the gifts her granddad has overtly hidden in plain sight. Now, however, similar to last year, Jinsoul  is in the company of her older and only sister as they shop around for a gift to their oldest brother. 

“Maybe socks would do?” Holding up an big bird socks wearing a santa hat out for Jinah to see. “Or perhaps a new pair of boxers?” As a prank last year, Jinsoul wrapped up Jinseo’s own clothes and presented it to him, stating that her present was a pair of ‘clean’ clothes. After getting scowled by her estrange mother from God knows where that woman was, Jinsoul thought to take things ‘seriously’ this time around.

side event 009: halloween party dated: 10-31-2020

the way everyone looked awesome in their costume is a feast to the eyes. everyone seem to made the most of the chance of having a team help them with their make up and costume. and don’t even get him started on how gorgeously mind boggling the venue looks. it's absolutely amazing. junghwan has decided to be woody from toy story this year, and he personally love how they did his make up. the venue look gorgeous, too. it's a good thing he remembers to bring a camera with him. he's already took quite a few of the place along with a few selfies with friends.

the mini game (or is it a challenge? a mini event?) at the party is something he didn't expect to happen, but he's definitely not complaining. it's a fun game. it sure is amusing to see everyone in their awesome costumes searching high and low for their clues. he's lucky to have found a second clue, a paper with the word 'who' on it. reading it with the first clue, he thought he has found the right answer. but two airblast later, he gets nothing but a messy hair.

"ah, but it's clearly asking for my name, though?" he says to himself with a chuckle and a shake of his head. clearly, he's still missing something. but this one makes the most sense. at least to him.

the day began peaceful.  nothing appeared out of the ordinary when ahri was tidying up their shared apartment.  it was her roommate's free day and yet ahri insisted of taking care of the chores.  she knew jinah was much more busy with schedules than she was,  a bit jealous because she did wish she had more opportunities to showcase her modelling talent and everything she had mastered and learned over the three years.  her good will and positivity was what kept her going,  still believing legacy must have had something in store for her in the near future.

having finished cleaning the kitchen to the point where they could see themselves in the reflection of the counter,  jinah's room was next on the to-do list.  not quite unusual for ahri to be taking care of her friend's room,  trust never having been an issue between them before.  that was what ahri believed at least.  the moment she set foot into the bedroom and began to pick up clothes jinah had so very caressly just tossed onto the floor,  realization kicked in.  her entire body froze and her pupils widened in horror.  

two fingers were holding onto a fabric which did not resemble anything a girl would wear,  and it took the model another two seconds to drop it onto the floor with a loud screech in sheer shock.  "unnie!"  she squeaked,  jumped away from the male underwear and ready to go disinfect her hands.  "why is there a guy's underwear in your room!  and i ... i touched it!  i'm infected now!  help!"
