Scenes from ma bed as I try to get going when I feel less than stellar 😷🤧😳. But , I do enjoy my Powder Room/Half Bath 🛀. About 4 years ago I got a bee 🐝 in my bonnet to paint it. I love blue green anything and I chose three different colors from Sherwin Williams. And, oh how I love the results! Moody, dreamy...far off places and traveling to Morocco like adepts Winger in The Sheltering Sky (FYI it’s still an amazing movie 🎥). And to pat myself on the back, I beat out a trend by a couple of months. I saw an article in Real Simple a few months later w/the same idea of painting the whole room, baseboards included w/the same paint and then using a darker shade as a highlight. This is perfect right? Mine is specifically aimed at diet/lifestyle and working out. 1) Pretty sure I either have an issue w/dairy or its airborne allergies masking as a food allergy. Heading to an ENT after 2 sinus infections and Strep throat in 6 weeks. Going to figure this bi*** out once and for all. 2) consistent work outs and regaining of endurance and general strength overall. I’m not gonna lie, after 3 shoulder surgeries and SI joint dysfunction I still struggle w/gym motivation and it’s partially fear based. 😳🧐 Is my shoulder okay? What about my SI because it does flair.
