Every Person You Know Is One of These
I've been deep-diving into Human Design lately. As a 4/6 Mental Projector (only ~3% of people are Mental Projectors), I’m not saying I’m special and it honestly feels like a curse half the time. But I’ll be sharing more soon.
For now, here’s your Human Design profile superpower.

The Moon Cannot Be Stolen
Ryokan, a Zen master, lived the simplest kind of life in a little hut at the foot of a mountain. One evening a thief visited the hut only to discover there was nothing in it to steal.
Ryokan returned and caught him. “You may have come a long way to visit me,” he told the prowler, “and you shoud not return emptyhanded. Please take my clothes as a gift.”
The thief was bewildered. He took the clothes and slunk away.
Ryokan sat naked, watching the moon. “Poor fellow, ” he mused, “I wish I could give him this beautiful moon.”

The Eternal Punishment
The greatest punishment the Creator bestows upon us is the endless cycle of life—being born and dying over and over, unaware that we are gods walking the Earth.

This holiday season is generally seen as a time of joy and celebration. However, for some people, it can be a time of difficult reflection, sadness, loneliness, anxiety and depression.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Psychoanalyst James P. Cattell coined the term holiday syndrome, defining it as a reaction that manifests itself at the end of the year. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ He describes this syndrome as: "A presence of diffuse anxiety, numerous regressive phenomena, including marked feelings of helplessness, increased irritability, nostalgic rumination, depressive affect, and a desire for magical problem-solving." ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This period does not precipitate but can expose emotional suffering.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Loneliness for some, the stress associated with travel and family gatherings, for others, confronting losses, and financial insecurity, among many other factors, are routinely cited as contributing to an increase in episodes of depression.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ There are no ready-made formulas to resolve this confrontation with existence. But as Dunker says: There is a mistake in looking at our lives as if we were just productive machines, limiting ourselves to what we earn or produce, as if our application to studies were an investment, as if our dreams were goals. And he wisely points out: ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ "To weave the thread of desire that connects who we are to what we were, inventing what we will be, it is necessary to examine the intensity and quality of what is linked to certain things we call desire. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And may we gently mirror and magnify the light of others, welcoming their shadows. ⁣⁣ Dulce Tereza By Giorgio Rigotto. ⁣⁣⁣ Clinical psychologist. NONDUAL MEDITATION
youtube
Key pointers:-
1. You cannot practise being Awareness. You are it, here and now.
2. Remember:- Whatever I am aware of, that I am not.
3. Keep it real.
4. Stay with the teachings of Vedanta, read the teachings, contemplate/think about the teachings, till it becomes clear - I AM THAT.

You are always creating even when you not consciously aware, reason to why we say "Oh my life is shit" is maybe because you feel down. Remember we attract what we are.
But being aware you can attract more what you would like in your universe with clear intent, by being the vibrational match to that thing you would like.

The Voice of Happiness
After Bankei had passed away, a blind man who lived near the master’s temple told a friend: “Since I am blind, I cannot watch a person’s face, so I must judge his character by the sound of his voice. Ordinarily when I hear someone congratulate another upon his happiness or success, I also hear a secret tone of envy. When condolence is expressed for the misfortune of another, I hear pleasure and satisfaction, as if the one condoling was really glad there was something left to gain in his own world.
“In all my experience, however, Bankei’s voice was always sincere. Whenever he expressed happiness, I heard nothing but happiness, and whenever he expressed sorrow, sorrow was all I heard.”

Do you know how you lost her?
I wasn’t ready to accept the love I was looking for
But only scared because I didn’t want to lose myself again
———
I…
Habitually fall into obsession
I love bomb
And go on honeymoons that lasts for what seems to be years

DA4M Letter 34: The sage and the seven legs of illusion
The sage is not a man in a robe upon a mountain. The sage is a pattern — a way of being in the world that resists distortion through stillness, discernment, and non-attachment. This presence emerges through refined awareness. It does not seek to impose form upon complexity, nor does it depend on intensity or display. It remains unshaken by the movements around it, anchored in a rhythm that follows no urgency. The sage manifests where the need to appear dissolves, and the centre holds without effort.
This way of being arises through the quiet release of what clouds perception. In its essence, it reveals that much of modern confusion rests upon certain unseen pillars — familiar yet rarely examined. These form the legs of illusion: structures that support a shared sense of disorientation.
The first is the leg of identification. This arises when identity becomes equated with role, achievement, title, or recognition. The person begins to experience value only through the eyes of others or the symbols of success. In this pattern, activity becomes proof of existence. Silence feels hollow. Rest appears meaningless. The sense of self becomes indistinguishable from performance.
The second is the leg of comparison. The mind begins to measure. It turns outward and gathers images of how things ought to be. Standards arise, not from clarity, but from accumulation. The lives of others begin to shape the sense of timing, direction, and worth. Through this habit, peace becomes distant. Attention becomes restless. The centre becomes displaced.
The third is the leg of fear. Fear creates movement through inner tension. The unknown appears dangerous. Deviating from expected paths seems to risk abandonment, instability, or failure. The person continues forward with effort, though the direction lacks authenticity. Beneath the surface, decisions become dictated by avoidance. The body feels burdened. The breath loses depth. The horizon remains vague.
The fourth is the leg of pleasure. Pleasure becomes a compass. Sensation becomes the guide. Technologies and environments are designed to stimulate. Surfaces shine. Feedback loops reward repetition. Pleasure creates the impression of progress. Yet experience remains shallow. The moment feels vivid, but lacks grounding. The rhythm intensifies, but does not deepen. The centre feels entertained, but not nourished.
The fifth is the leg of belonging. The need to be held within a group shapes language, appearance, and opinion. Expressions are filtered. Desires are adjusted. The person becomes legible to others through compromise. The desire for connection begins to override the discernment of truth. In such a pattern, solitude feels unfamiliar. Integrity gives way to adaptation. Inner knowing becomes faint.
The sixth is the leg of hope. The future becomes the placeholder for change. Attention turns forward. The present is endured rather than inhabited. Imagination fills the space with improvement. Action becomes postponed. Readiness becomes conditional. Presence weakens. In the name of optimism, clarity is deferred.
The seventh is the leg of distraction. Attention loses continuity. Stimuli accumulate. Depth gives way to immediacy. The habit of reaching interrupts the process of inner alignment. The space within contracts. Listening becomes difficult. The self becomes dispersed. Distraction functions as a veil — soft, persistent, and numbing. In such a state, perception becomes blurred.
Clarity emerges through the quiet fading of these structures. Each support weakens as awareness strengthens. The process is simple. The atmosphere changes. The grasp loosens. There is no drama. There is no announcement. Illusion loses vitality. The pattern dissolves.
Presence remains. It does not depend on agreement. It does not seek outcome. It does not ask for witness. It simply holds its form. Within this atmosphere, the sage breathes without resistance, speaks without decoration, and acts without residue. Everything aligns with what is. Nothing stands in the way.
