💯 Here are 4 Portrait Lighting Patterns that you can use in your Photography. . 1. Split Lighting - In this setup, The light is set at 90 degree from the subject. 👉 Note: One half of the face is in shadows. - 2. Rembrandt Lighting - In this setup, the light is set at 45 degree from the subject. 👉 Note: A triangle of light falls under the eye on the shadow side of the face. - 3. Loop Lighting - In this setup, The light is set at 25 degree from the subject. 👉 Note: A loop of light opens the shadow area. - 4. Butterfly Lighting - In this setup, The light is set in front of the subject above head level. 👉 Note: A small butterfly shadow appears under the nose of the subject. - ✌I mostly use Rembrandt and Loop Lighting for my Portraits.
