Okay bar is restocked, meds and 🍃restocked, everything we need for pies/cookies/roasts/brunch has been purchased
The long insufferable holiday weekend is now allowed to commence
#my mental health is incredibly shaky right to the point im actually concerned my meds are conflicting with each other and not working#like my synthroid dose is too low and thus im hypothyroidic and more depressed than usual which in turn means my topiramate#isnt working as well as it should be despite having recently upping the dose. my hormones have changed so the dose is now different#because with all the sudden change and bad news and delaying of big personal growth and recovery milestones#my bipolar has swung so violently into a depressive episode that my mood swings are starting to feel like im not medicated at all#despite having not missed more than maybe two or three doses since surgery#im safe and im working to stay stable with my guard rails of 🍃 and audio monologues and vitamin D3 and fluids#but this weekend is going to be very rough so im sorry in advance if im on here being annoying more than usual
