#34: Returned from the dead kiss.

Sniper didn’t know what to expect when he opened the door to his camper, but it wasn’t Scout.

“Hey,” Scout said, looking him up and down.

Sniper’s mouth moved wordlessly for a few seconds before he found something to say. “Uh. Hey,” was all he could think of, and he winced at it.

Scout’s eyes fell off to one side of him, hands in his pockets. Sniper knew that something had happened to Scout during the months after the team disbanded, something that made him hesitant all of a sudden, fidgety, but he didn’t think he had any right to pry. “Remember when you said you’d take me on a road trip when the war was over?” he asked, tone flatter than Sniper remembered it being, but maybe that’s what he deserved, because…

“Yeah,” Sniper admitted, voice quiet. He had said that. But he’d said it because he thought he’d have time, thought he’d have a few months or years to try and get the courage to tell Scout a couple things, thought that when they went on a road trip it’d be something they’d do together not as the unlikely and close-knit friends they’d somehow stumbled into being, but as… “Yeah, I do.”

Scout looked up at him, only for a couple of seconds. There were dark circles under his eyes, a hallowness to him that felt uncomfortably like looking in a mirror. “Well, guess you have another chance,” he said, setting up like he was certain he’d be knocked right back down.

And Sniper hadn’t exactly thought of it that way. The team had banded back together again for the Grey Mann business (excluding Engie, who was apparently doing okay but simply couldn’t make it back for some reason he couldn’t say), returning to the base and everything once the Classic Team was sufficiently dead, only for Miss Pauling to suddenly break the news, that very morning, three days into their arriving there, that their final job had been completed and the money had been wired to their accounts and they were all free to go. In a way, it really was a second chance, one he didn’t think he particularly deserved.

He’d been getting a lot of those lately.

“Okay,” was all he could think to say, still too surprised to think of anything clever to say.

They left the next morning before sunrise, and if Sniper was being honest, he didn’t really have a destination in mind. He just started driving northwest, thinking about pine trees and quiet and time to think. Luckily, Scout didn’t ask for a destination. He just sat down in the passenger seat and turned on the radio.

The radio sufficed to fill in the uncomfortable silence between them for three days of driving. There was no talking, really. Even after months apart, they were capable of reading each other’s signals well enough that directions weren’t necessary. They’d wake up just before sunrise to eat a quick brekkie and start driving, they’d pull over once a day at a rest stop to top off the fuel and for Scout to go inside to get them something to eat, and they’d eat it standing up and leaning on the hood to stretch their legs, and then they’d keep driving until just before it got dark, then they’d pull over somewhere for the night to eat and go to sleep. Sniper would set up a tent for them, they’d both grab their sleeping bags, rinse and repeat.

No words needed. It hurt something in Sniper’s chest to realize that Scout still remembered what food he liked from their various 2AM weekend excursions to damn near anywhere that was still open and willing to sell food to strange half-drunk men.

Sniper hadn’t thought about their lack of words at first. Not until the moment when they’d briefly gone through somewhere with particularly bad radio reception and Scout couldn’t find a station for something like twenty minutes. That was the time when he most felt their silence, the empty space between them. From then on, once he noticed it, he didn’t have the courage to break the spell, the task seeming more and more daunting with each passing day of quiet, more and more like it’d need to be something truly important to not seem hollow, fake.

It was Scout who finally broke the silence.

“Aren’t you tired?” Scout asked, voice so quiet that Sniper was almost positive that he imagined it. But he looked over at Scout out of the corner of his eye, and Scout was looking at him instead of staring out the window. He swallowed hard, and realized all at once that he hadn’t actually spoken in a couple days.

“What do you mean?” he asked, voice a little sandy.

Scout kept looking at him, and Sniper had to break eye contact to look back at the road again. “It’s just… getting pretty late. We should stop for the night,” Scout said.

Sniper realized he was right. It had gotten dark at some point. They usually stopped sometime around sunset so Sniper would have plenty of light to set up the tent, but he’d lost track of time. Zoned out. Suddenly he became aware of how bone-deep tired he was. “Just a little further,” he mumbled, voice still rough, and Scout didn’t respond to that, just looking back out the window.

When they finally pulled over, it was into a proper campground, with fire pits and grills and picnic tables and everything. He set up a little fire before anything else, happy with the fact that it wasn’t exactly prime camping season and there were places for them to go be by themselves. The tent was up next, put up as quickly as he could without risking mistakes, partially because he was sure Scout was tired.

But Scout sat and waited by the fire instead of turning in the moment he could, just watching the flames idly. His face looked even more sunken in the flickering light, and it unnerved Sniper a little to see the way that life had faded out of his eyes just over the course of the little time they’d spent apart.

For a while, quiet. Sniper decided he might as well cook what meat he had left in his camper before it went bad, now that he had the chance, and he did so, bland as it was with so minimal a kitchen available to them. Scout ate without complaint, without even really looking at Sniper.

It occurred to him, trying not to be obvious about the way he was watching Scout, that the reason he unnerved Sniper so much was because he looked half-dead in a lot of ways.

The illusion was only furthered when Scout tossed his paper plate and napkins into the fire and moved to grab his bag.

Every morning and every night, Sniper now knew that Scout had a brief routine. Usually he’d do it while Sniper was setting up or taking down the tent. He had to change his gauze daily, the wound still lingering in some ways from where he’d gotten slashed open. He was no longer on the verge of death, but a few days of on-and-off medical fluid whenever Medic managed to dig up another batch didn’t do much for him, it seemed. Even after years of hunting and killing, Sniper couldn’t force himself to look directly at the wound marring the entirety of Scout’s side, instead watching the detached set of Scout’s expression as he rewrapped it.

But Scout caught him looking, apparently, because he spoke again. “Doc says I‘ll probably never climb again,” he murmured.

It felt very much like he was shot through the chest again. “Yeah?” he asked, voice soft.

“Yeah. And I just…” He paused as he finished up with re-wrapping the wound, pulling his shirt back down into place. “I just didn’t wanna go home until it healed.”

Sniper kept his expression controlled. That could take weeks, months even. And the scarring would probably never properly go away.

“And I know you probably won’t wanna deal with me that whole time,” Scout said next, giving him a tight almost-smile, immediately averting his eyes again. “But… I dunno. However long you’ll let me stick around.”

Sniper didn’t know how long he planned to “stick around”. There was the house, he supposed, probably still falling into ruin, but not much else to go back to.

“I heard about your parents,” Scout finally said, as if he read his mind. “I’m sorry.”

Sniper still didn’t know how to reply to that when people said it to him. He went with a simple “It’s okay.”

“Nah,” Scout replied easily, back to staring into the fire. “But… I dunno. Would you mind giving me a warning in advance for when you want me to leave you alone? I just wanna call my Ma to tell her when I’m going back.”

“Alright,” Sniper said hesitantly.

They started speaking again, mostly in little ways. A day’s rest at the campground before they hit the road again did wonders for morale, and communications being opened between them made things feel… easier, in little ways. In Sniper mentioning “Give me five minutes” when they went to a rest stop before he walked away to use the bathroom or something, in Scout going “hey, turn it back” when Sniper changed the radio station. For some reason, it made Sniper choke up a bit when one day, Scout so quietly murmured a “good night” out into the darkness of the tent.

They reached the upper parts of Washington, and hooked a right. They made it through Montana and into North Dakota before Scout asked the all-important question.

“Where are we going?”

It was asked over another campfire, at yet another campground, half-abandoned. Sniper stoked the flames for a few seconds before he decided on his answer.

“Anywhere you’d like,” he finally murmured.

Quiet. “I’ll get back to you on that,” he seemed to decide. They kept driving.

By the Great Lakes, they still didn’t have a destination, so Sniper broke out a map for the first time and figured out how to try to get them to Florida, for no reason other than the fact that it was far away, and bought him time, something he’d already run out of twice before—once when the team disbanded, and once when he died.

But they were talking more. They found themselves trying to catch up with each other without quite saying that they were catching up. They were back to discussing things, news mostly, although apparently Scout had gotten the time to do some reading during the months before the team got back together.

It was one night when Sniper was changing for bed and Scout ducked in to ask him a question that a topic was finally broached, a landline finally stepped on.

“What the hell is that?” Scout asked, sounding startled, and when Sniper looked up, Scout was staring at his chest. At his stitches.

He pulled on a shirt before anything else, suddenly self-conscious about the way the very tail-end of the stitching peeked out of the short sleeves under his arms. “It’s from when I got shot, and I…”

Died. The word hung in the air between them, paralyzing, horrifying. All at once, real.

“Did I tell you they tried to hang me?” Scout suddenly said.

Sniper blinked. “What?”

“After the trial. We lost the trial. They tried to hang me.”

“I thought Pauling saved you,” Sniper said hesitantly.

“Yeah.” Scout’s jaw was tight. “After they already pulled the lever. When you hang people usually it’s supposed to snap your neck. It didn’t. She got me down about a minute after they pulled the lever. Then I almost died on the way to get Heavy because I got clawed by a bear. Then Saxton Hale and his buff girlfriend almost killed me. Then I got stabbed fighting the Classics.”

“Why are you telling me all this?” Sniper asked, voice tight.

“Because I need you to know that I get it.”

Sniper didn’t have words, all of a sudden, and Scout hesitated for a second longer before finally just ducking back out of the tent, looking a little disappointed. “No, wait,” he said, following Scout out quickly, into the light of the campfire, where he looked far too much like a corpse, far too much like delirium in a hallway, almost dying alone. “Wait.”

Scout just stared, waiting. Waiting for Sniper to be the one to speak first for once.

“When I got shot,” Sniper said, and his voice was already choked, damn him. “Even before that, I just, alone in that house, I…” He swallowed hard to dislodge the lump in his throat. “I thought about it a lot. Regretted it a lot. How I never got to say goodbye.”

Scout’s expression softened a touch, and he looked a little closer to the way he’d been before, a little more life back behind his eyes, and it gave Sniper the courage to keep talking.

“I wish I did,” he managed. “You deserved a real goodbye. You deserved something, anything. I should’ve said something.”

“Why didn’t you?”

“Because I didn’t want to say goodbye to you. And I knew if I ended up on a road trip with you, I’d… I’d never want to let go of you.” He wished desperately that he had his glasses on to hide his eyes, to hide how damp they were starting to get. “You were the first good thing to ever happen to me and I was scared you’d be the last and I just… I didn’t know what to do. But you deserved better. You always deserved better.”

There was suspicion in Scout’s expression now—not like finding out bad news, like realizing someone was trying to surprise you with something, like good news, like hope. Scout swallowed hard, looking down at the fire for a second, thinking over his words. “I know where I wanna go,” he said.

“Where?” Sniper asked, weak, damn everything he was weak.

“Take me home to Australia with you.”

Hope like nothing else he’d ever had before. He wanted to ask, “Forever?”, but all he managed was “Really?”

“Yeah.” He swallowed again, not meeting Sniper’s eyes. “We died and came back to life, man. I think that means we get to do whatever we want now.”

“Whatever we want?” Sniper repeated.

When Scout looked back up at him, he seemed more curious than anything else. He looked down between them, took a half-step closer, close enough that the toes of their shoes were lined up and touching each other. Then his gaze rose again. “Whatever we want,” he confirmed.

Out of all the things that came to mind when Scout said that, there was only one thing that he really cared about doing in any meaningful way, and he was lucky, so much luckier than he ever thought he’d be, because he didn’t even really need to move to do it. He leaned down to kiss Scout, and Scout met him halfway.

Hiiiiii!11!!!!!!1 How are you guys.

im currently working on a story, do I know where its going? no is it finished? no

But im really in love with it at the moment, and im sad that I don't post much, so heres a teaser! I don't wanna post a whole part, because I want to get further in it, before I start posting.

teaser 1.

It was soon almost nine at night, which was closing time. You had a half hour to tattoo the last two people. You go to the front desk where Cyn was sitting on her phone. Jazyn went home, complaining that her body was aching from giving so much energy to the whole day.

You look down at the list, seeing the last two names written in english,

‘K. Taehyung’

‘J. Jungkook’

You would be lying if you said seeing their names didn't make your heart race. You looked around and saw no one sitting down in the waiting area. You frown in confusion.

“Outside, they wanted a smoke before sitting down for the tats.” Cyn nods over to the front door. You nod your head and walk over. Opening the door, the little bell above rang, catching their attention. You look over and see the red headed boy blowing smoke out of his mouth, and the other inhaling.

“Cigs are actually disgusting.” You mock them. They both smile at you throwing their cigs down and walking towards you. You shake your head and walk back inside, with them behind.

“You both can come back since you are the last two.” You say quickly giving Cyn a hug. Cyn then starts to shut things down, so she can go home.

You go to your bag and pull out some gum. You pass one to them.

“Your breath smells like hobo ass, aka cigs. Chew.” You give them a sarcastic look of disgust.

“No cigarettes around you, alrighty.” Jungkook grabs the gum, following Taehyung.

“So what would you guys like?” You ask sitting down at your little corner desk. They both sit in the extra chairs that are next to your desk and the tattooing chair.

“Just the number seven, right here.” Jungkook says pulling his collar down on his white t-shirt. He points right above his collar bone on the left.

“And here.” Taehyung says pointing right next to his ear, right where his sideburn would be growing. That's when you notice the slight haircut he got in the time you have been apart. His sides were cut very short, especially where the sideburns grew. It then registered to you, that no matter what these boy do, they will be drop dead fucking gorgeous. Jungkook gave you this soft yet intimidating vibe, it gave you goosebumps just thinking about it. Taehyung, well he gave you straight hard, dominating chills. He can easily change from a baby face, to daddy 2.0.

God bless their parents.

“Yn?” Jungkook asks, waving a hand in your face. You shook out of your thoughts and smiled a bit embarrassed.

“Right, sorry. I'm a bit tired, I've been tattooing since around noon.” You laugh it off, and grab your sketchbook and begin drawing the number seven in a few different ways.

They both grin at each other, both admiring your cuteness.

“Wait, that's almost nine hours, have you eaten?” Taehyung peeps up after a moment.

“Mhm…�� You nod, erasing a bit and cleaning up the pictures. After you were done, you showed them and let them choose. They eventually chose the most simple one, making it easier for their other friends to agree and come.

You find out that they are a part of a group of friends, sometimes mistaken for a gang. Yoongi and Namjoon and them, along with three others. They all want a tattoo they all can get, so the younger two getting something small and simple, will hopefully force the others to shut up and just get the tattoo and be done.

While tattooing them both, you realized how fucking nice their hands are. Yes you had a hand thing. No you didn't care what anyone said. But they topped it off forsure, adding tattoos and rings to the equation. You glance down at Jungkook's hand and hold his collar down. Shit.

You suddenly got goosebumps at the thoughts. Thankfully you were grabbing more ink at the time.

You were finishing Jungkook up when a thought popped into his head.

“How old are you?” His voice cuts out the slight silence. Taehyung smacks him on the arm, making Jungkook blush. “You know, for honorifics.” He gets nervous. You just laugh at them.

“24, November.” You wipe the left over ink off of his neck.

“Damn, I'm december, you're barely older than me.” Taehyung laughs.

“Of course, I'm still the youngest.” Jungkook shakes his head.

“Haha, well you're all done.” You sit back, a bit upset. You want to continue tattooing.

“Thank you Noona.” He mumbles. You quickly reach up and flick his fresh tat.

“Ah! What the.” He grabs his neck a bit and looks at you.

“Absolutely not.” You cross your arms and frown, showing him that you were serious. His eyes widened and bit.

“Fine.”

TEASER 2. hehe

“I'm hungry as shit. I'm going to get food.” Joon says packing up his bag. He nods towards you and Jungkook, then leaves out of the door. When the door shuts, you turn your attention back to Jungkook. He looks back at you, and he quickly bows a bit.

“I guess I should get going too.” You could tell he was feeling awkward. He spun on his heel and headed to your door.

“You don't have to, I have nothing to do all weekend.” You shrug, stopping him in his tracks. He looks back at you with wide eyes.

“You want to hang out?” He questions you.

“If you want to.” You shrug. You look at him up and down. You loved how different his style is compared to Joon. Jungkook had on black joggers, with a chain in the belt loop. Then a black oversized t-shirt. Tattoos peek out from his shirt, you notice that there's tattoos all over his collarbones. Tattoos run down his arms. Everything about him, gives you hot bad boy vibes. But his face, his personality- based on how long you've known him- , was so soft.

Maybe he is a bad boy, maybe they all are. And you were dancing on thin ice.

Of course he wants too, Jungkook thinks. He didn't understand why your presence makes him so nervous.

“I'll text Namjoon, and we can go to the skate park.” He nods, pulling his phone out.

Before he met you, he could walk up to any girl, look at any girl, get any girl. Now he's rethinking everything. He can't look you in the eyes without wanting to jump on you. He can't get the images of you and Taehyung heavily making out with him in the club. He lost count on how many times he jerked off to the image of you and his friend, let alone the remembrance of the feeling of your ass grinding and rolling against him.

Everytime you talk to him, his heart beats entirely way too fast. It makes him stumble and mumble. Even the guys would tease him until cheeks turned red.

Just the other night, Taehyung caught Jungkook in the hallway one night. Everyone else was either gone, or sleeping.

“Going to the shower to paint the walls again?” Taehyung laughs a bit, shoving Jungkook's shoulder softly. Jungkook smiled a bit at the joke, and shook his head.

“That joke is so old, Hyung.”

“You know what won't get old?” Taehyung asks him, walking closer.

“Mhm?” Jungkook asks, nothing thinking anything of his advances.

“Her delicious ass lips on mine.” Taehyung's hand comes up and grabs Jungkook by the neck, pinning him to the wall. Jungkook didn't realize that he was backing into the wall.

Taehyung wasn't being too rough, he knew what Jungkook liked. Taehyung pressed his body against his, replacing his hand with his face. He runs his nose gently up his neck and up, grazing his lips against his. Jungkook moans out at the teasing, wanting some type of relief.

“Just imagine Kookie, all of the kisses,” Taehyung places a tiny kiss on his lips, causing Jungkook to chase him a bit, but Taehyung's hand stops him. “The scratches she can give you,” His other hands grazed down Jungkook's arm. “The hickies.” Taehyung grabs Jungkook's growing bulge, knowing how to make the younger one break.

As expected, a huge moan rips through the younger one. Taehyung suddenly being overthrown and being pushed into the other wall. The smile on Taehyung's face was covered by Jungkokos lips. Taehyung doesn't waste any time and kisses him back.

This happens all the time. Between all of them, and all remain really good friends.

Both smacking lips, and moans against each other, with the thought of you in their mind.

Just here to “blog” and vent out feelings, doubt anyone will see these posts so whatever.

“Who’s In The Wrong”

He (N) left me. I was waiting for what felt like forever. He went to Utah, came back for three days. Those three days he told me he wanted to get married and have children. And then he left again. This time to Kansas. I had my suspicions when he started acting differently than the way he was when he was in Utah. He was always “too busy” for me now. Maybe I was paranoid, maybe I shouldn’t know his email password, but everything is linked to one email. Your whole life. Every app you download, everything. So it wasn’t that hard to find out through his email he downloaded dating apps and was “looking to score.”

I called him out on it. And he dumped me. Maybe that’s where our story should’ve ended, but alas it didn’t. He dumped me and the next day I went out with an old friend from high school who I recently got back into contact with. (We will call him “G”)He (G)was having a small party. I was single, so this was okay right? I had the time of my life. Except, I got blackout drunk and hardly remember sleeping with the guy. A couple days later, I get a call from him (N). He’s apologizing profusely saying he’s sorry he won’t ever do it again. He sent +$100 flowers to my office where I worked. He hadn’t done that in a long time. I relented and took him back. I didn’t tell him about (G) why should I? I was single right?

My suspicions got worse, and I decided to check on things. He (N) was back on the prowl looking to score. More dating apps. More messages. And I, just the house sitter while he’s away. At least it reassured me in the fact I failed to tell him what I did when he dumped me a week ago. And yet again, I called him out. He dumped me, called me psycho for being “in his stuff” and that was that. Yet again he comes back saying he was sorry that he wants to be with me but we “shouldn’t label anything until he’s home.” We’ve been together for two years?! And now he don’t want to label us. Right, because he’s still snapchatting his office lady that you claimed was “old, fat, and not a threat” and didn’t want to feel bad about it because, when in reality, she’s 20, petite, and blonde. The same very thing I was when we got together. So he finally relented, labeled us and “stopped” talking to her outside of work related things.

He comes home finally. 3 AM he surprises me in my sleep. We made love. Or what I thought was love. A few hours later I went to work. After that, there’s a concert we go to. It was fun, up until a lady flashed the band and he so far behind her that he ran up to where she was so he could see her tits. Desperate much? We got into a bickerment, and you left me at the venue. Not knowing where we parked. Walking alone downtown. And another argument arose when we got home, because he called his office lady to vent about our relationship. What happened to it only being work related?

Then I quit my nice office job so we could move to Kansas for his job. We got to Kansas and were staying at a hotel. And I found more messages to his office lady. Flirtatious messages. Messages clearly saying there was more there than what was being let on. And when I found out, he flipped out on me and sent me back home to Ohio. But not before he wanted breakup sex every night of the weekend. Not before he went to dinner with his office lady and came back and wanted sex from me. So I go home and hope I can get my old job back.

Almost a month goes by, I’m rereading old messages and accidentally call you. No answer. So I texted and apologized and asked you not to press charges because he said if I contactedhim again, he would press charges. The next day, he texted asking what I wanted. I reiterated it was an accident. We started talking again. He kept asking if I slept with anyone when I was single, I denied. I felt it wasn’t his business especially after everything he did. So what if I did? He was the one with dating apps asking for sex and whatever else. He comes to Ohio, we stay at a hotel and he figured out I slept with someone. He’s “heartbroken” yet brings me back to Kansas with him. But I owe him a threesome in return. Because “it’s not fair you got to fuck someone and I didn’t.” Which essentially tells me, “I’m so egotistical and couldn’t fuck anyone when I was single because no one wants a sleaze so I’m going to use you to help me score and so I can brag to my friends I had a threesome.”

We’re at the hotel for a month, we did lots of drinking, lots of sex. I asked for both of us to get tested since we were both single. He said no. I said whatever then. We found a home to rent and moved in. A week later, I find out I’m pregnant. And that’s where true hell begun. I wanted to be a mommy. I always have. He did, but he also didn’t. I’d lean more so towards he didn’t. He started saying things like “im not the baby’s father, he (G) is.” Even though I didn’t have insurance, I found a free clinic and got a sonogram and confirmed blood test I was pregnant. We got a sonogram done. I was almost six weeks pregnant. It’s the end of August currently, my last cycle started July 13. And they start counting weeks along by your period because that’s when old lining is shed and new is formed so an egg can attach at ovulation in two weeks. Almost size weeks. And that’s when him and I have been together. Because (G) and I happened about three months prior so there’s no way it’s anyone else’s.

Yet he still said those things. That he wasn’t the dad even though the timeline adds up. He said “you fucked one person, who knows who else.” And that’s was that my whole pregnancy. Not even after that, I found him snapchatting your old office lady even after she got fired. We got into a fight, and to make me more mad ge downloaded tinder again. He was mean, and he knew right where to hurt me. He started calling me a whore, that I “dick hop.” You’re mother was on the phone with me and heard some of the things he said. That’s why she and him don’t talk anymore. She took my side and he hates it. I bought him calling his friend sexy online. I caught him messaging his friend asking if “Latina pussy” was any good because his cousin was hot. He continued with his words and actions like this for a long time. For a long time we went into this circle of a good few days a week, then the rest him calling me a whore, and saying the baby wasn’t his. And once a month I’d catch you messaging a woman trying to make advances.

About three months into my pregnancy despite not having insurance I decided to go ahead and go to the OBGYN. When you’re pregnant they check for any problems that can occur like stds, cysts, etc. I found out I had an STD. And that added fuel to his fire. That I was diesease ridden, defiled, disgusting in his words. A few months go by, I’ve been putting the babies nursery together without the help of him. He’s taken no part in helping prep for the arrival. It hurts. Between his hurtful words, him messaging women, him throwing the past in my face it was making for a very horribly experience for my pregnancy.

We have the baby shower in January. Things were good for a while after that. He stopped calling me names, bringing up the past, even messaging women. I had real hope that things would be better. A month away from my birthday and the birth of our child, we get a 3D sonogram. She’s beautiful. She looks like me. He was mad and said she looks nothing like him and she looks black because “her nose is big.” It hurt all over again. Later, I have a checkup and I have questions about women getting hemorrhoids during pregnancy etc and have some things checked out. I found out I have hpv. But wait, didn’t I get tested for this? Yes I did get tested and it came back negative. Because they only test for cancer causing hpv. With him in the room the OB explained how HPV is so common and never shows symptoms for years. It’s so undetectable there’s no telling when you get it or who gave it to you. That essentially if you’ve had unprotected sex with four or more people, chances are you have it. And men hardly every get symptoms. The only reason I’m showing symptoms is because my immune system is weakened by pregnancy and either one of us had it for years without knowing. So he blamed me for that, even despite what the dr said.

Our baby arrived the day after my birthday in April. I was happy. He seen how she resembled him. It was nice. We came home and he was good to me for a week. (His dad was staying with us for a month and his dad is worse than him) between him and his dad things were rough going through motherhood. And I even caught him saying sexual comments to another women. After so long of him being so good, we were back to this. He was bringing up the past more. Fights were everywhere. He even wouldn’t have sex with me unless I called (N)him by (G) name. Not to mention he could barely handle being a dad. He couldn’t stand her cries, he could barely get the poop all the way off and out her lady bits. Simple tasks that came naturally to me, didn’t for him. His dad left after they both got into an argument. But that didn’t mean his (N) behavior left with his dad.

In June we went out for drinks with friends, he made a comment to the waitress about leaving her number for him right in front of my face. This was after he leaned to me at the table and asked if he could get her number for a threesome and I said no. I was hurt but we continued on the night with our friends, after all it was my first time going out since birth. So we went back to their place for more drinks and played board games and right in front of their faces he (N) brought up him (G). I was mad. I went for a walk and come back to him and his friend wrestling. He hurt him pretty bad. We go home, and he came onto me. And I got angry because of what happened earlier that night. I blacked out but you told me later you put me in a chokehold. And that’s when he knew he had to call the cops to “separate us” even though they arrested me because there was one singular scratch on him from where he wrestled earlier that night.

I spent a night in jail. It was degrading and humiliating. And they ordered a no contact order. So I couldn’t speak to you or go home. How was I going to see my daughter? The friend I stayed with went to the door when he dropped her off. He dropped her off at 7:30 in the morning and didn’t pick her up until 8:30pm. 13 hrs I got her. He only got her to give her the last bottle of the night and put her to bed. He wrote letters and snuck them in the diaper bag saying hes sorry and he loves me that he’ll do anything to see us back together. Except he still wants the threesome. Of course he does. That’s so typical him. The charges got dropped and I go home a month later. But he’s still nagging about a threesome.

So I said fine. And the month long search for a third begins. And I’d have to say this is worse than my drunken one night stand. I’m literally looking for a person for my boyfriend to fuck. Backstory:

Lyle Lawrence Crock, the youngest child of Lawrence Crock, started going along with his father on missions when he was ten, after training for the majority of his life. Lyle grew up under abusive conditions, but would has only recently come to recognize this. He was trained to lie, manipulate, and cheat until he got what he wanted. To conceal emotions in favor of the game. Unfortunately, these are all traits that stuck and are ingrained in him to this day. Sam is, and this is important, incredibly apathetic to most things and people in his life. There are some exceptions.

ANYWAY, A team of heroes eventually busted them (both Artemis and M’Gann were in attendance), Lawrence bounced w/o Lyle, and 14 year old Lyle thew his hands up. “He killed my parents when I was 9, I’ve just been along for the ride since!”

“What’s your name?”

“Sam!” (a name he pulled from nowhere)

From that day on, his name was Sam. And his last name was M’orzz. With no next of kin in sight (LOL) or able to be found (lol x2), Sam was taken in by M’Gann. From then on, he was Sam M’orzz. Walking the straight and narrow. No one knew a thing about Lyle Crock, or even knew he existed.

He eventually became less closed off with his adoptive mother and told M’Gann, who had already gone through his mind and knew, everything. His true name, what he had been training to be, the apathy he felt toward most things. But he reassured her that he no longer felt the urges that he had while he was with his father. He just wanted to go to school and be normal. And maybe he didn’t back then, maybe he wanted to give normal a try. How dull could it be??

He enrolled at Paragon as an undergrad in Chemistry. Lawrence Crock made contact with Sam shortly after he turned 21. And in a series of dumb decisions, Sam started doing minor missions for his dad. Around 23, he was doing small missions under the Sportsmaster Moniker. Hockey mask and all.

He purposefully selected jobs that wouldn’t be big enough to attract the attention of say, Artemis or his mother. But the jobs kept getting bigger and bigger and, yeah, he got caught. All of his lies came out. His real biological connection to OG Sportsmaster and Artemis. How he’d been back doing crime for years now. His lack of emotional attachment to the people he’d been with for the last decade.

Sam’s been in jail for the last year, while originally set to face something like 20 years, the charges that were brought against him were mostly dropped due to a convenient technicality. The year he served counted as time served for the one charge they could get him on, and now he’s out on parole.

The terms of parole: has to reside at home with M’Gann, no contact with Lawrence Crock’s, must wear an ankle monitor, must re-enroll in his graduate studies, has to meet once a week with his official parole officer and another, court approved, mentor. Meets with a therapist once a week. Must volunteer every other weekend.

Sam has only been on parole for..not that long at the start of me introducing him. He doesn’t know what to do with himself just yet, besides follow the schedule that’s basically been laid out for him as his conditions for parole. He’s trying to make things right with his mom, for sure. Sam still doesn’t see the things that he did as /wrong/ but he knows that he’s fucked up in M’Gann’s eyes and is actively trying to be something resembling a good son again.

Personality:

As hinted at above, Sam’s emotional range is limited. Growing up, he was taught to conceal what he was feeling, in favor of appearing the emotion that best suited him at the time. He has a limited emotional range. He’s never differentiated between right and wrong in his own in his own mind. He understands what others view as right and wrong and is able to fall in line with that, but he doesn’t reconcile with that.

I feel like a lot of this post-prison time is going to be filled with Sam really figuring out who the hell he is? Is he Sam? Lyle? Sportsmaster? Someone else entirely? He doesn’t know.

The Facts:

He goes by Sam. Call him if you want Lyle but he won’t care. But he still writes Sam on his papers and introduces himself as Sam.

He’s good a sports!!! Who would have thought?? He did both varsity track and field and soccer throughout high school. He was the guy that always gets carded and thrown out of soccer matches for rough play.

Sam is intelligent. He’s an average student, but he’s always got a plan. or a strategy. or a new idea for something in the lab.

is honestly so disinterested in most things? A lot of the time he sort of speaks in sort of a trademarked monotone? Unless he��s trying to make you like him?

Fun fact: I think in another life where he hadn’t felt constrained to this future as Sportsmaster or become like, addicted to the adrenaline that comes with crime, Sam would be kind of a goofus? Dad jokes? Obsessed with going to watch baseball? Alas. Maybe in 25 years. Those who were like, genuinely close with him (see wanted connections), would probably see this side of him.

SAM LIES OKAY. SAM HAS A PERSONALITY FOR EVERY PERSON HE EVER ENCOUNTERS AND ITS A VERY CALCULATED, MANIPULATIVE THING. IM SORRY. Y? idk that’s the way he was raised.

Final fact: This is a fact, y’all shouldn’t trust Samyle M’Crock. He can’t trust himself tbh. Sam’s lied, stolen, he’s killed people, little of which he shows remorse for. He doesn’t see the problem with what he’s done. Sometimes he’s done “good” things, sometimes he’s done “bad” things, they sort of go either way for him.

my rabbits knew each other before we got them, so i never had any problems, but ive put together a little cheat sheet composed of advice ive heard commonly and have researched. i hope it helps! (and your english is fine, dont worry!)

getting used to each other pre-bonding

heres what saveabunny suggests:

You should figure out housing and bonding areas before bringing a second rabbit home. You will temporarily need a second cage for the new rabbit and a place for that cage, preferably near your current bunny. You will also need to find neutral areas in your house [somewhere your rabbits don’t go and haven’t claimed as territory] where you can do the introductions ... I would have two cages set up for the rabbits side by side, about three inches apart. It is important to keep the cages slightly apart because they will sometimes try to bite each other through the wires ... You do want them in the same room so they can communicate with each other. I will often place the litter boxes on the far side, away from the other cage. Greens are typically placed in the side closest to the other cage. Eating is a social activity and this will force them to be a little social ... it is all right to start with them living as neighbors for several weeks.This gives them some times to get used to each other before you start the bonding.

ive heard very good things about all of these suggestions. heres an additional suggestion from the same article that i havent personally heard much at all about, but you might consider:

Lastly, I have the rabbits switch cages every night. This way they get used to living with the other rabbit's scent and neither gets too possessive about either cage.

pre-bonding health

ensure both bunnies have been fixed for at least 2 to 4 weeks and are in good healthy condition. bonding can be stressful, and if bunnies fight, you dont want them to already be injured or weak.

learn in advance what to watch out for and how to stop fights

its very very important to keep a close eye on bunnies to try to stop bunnies before they start fighting. heres more from savebunny.org:

Look for signs that your rabbit is in attack mode. Typically, their ears will be bent back at a forty five degree angle. What does their tail look like? A rabbit about to attack will raise their tail and appear to be on their haunches. When your rabbit does this, tell them to be nice, and push them a few feet away. Remember- ears back at a 45 degree angle, tail raised up mean your rabbit is ready to attack.

Now there is also the rabbit that will run and charge another bunny. This is fairly easy to read, but you need to intecept them quickly. Some chasing can be normal, as one may be chasing to mount and exhibit their dominance. Last, there is the rabbit that will lie there trying to look innocent, but will turn their head and quickly bite. Those are the hardest to stop, although they are less likely to turn into an all out fight. You will have to read your rabbit's eyes to figure them out.

some dominance establishment, as mentioned before, can be normal, like chasing and mounting (in less formal turns, humping), but should still be gently stopped to prevent bunnies from getting riled up.

its not always possible to stop things in time, so be ready with thick gloves and maybe a thick sweater so you can get in and stop them immediately. rabbits will bite blindly and this will hurt you if youre not protected. ive also seen people encourage the use of spray bottles to stop fights, but im not comfy doing so myself so i cant really speak on that. in the end, its up to you, but i urge you to only ever use spray bottles to stop fighting because its so dangerous for bunnies.

bonding

Find a small neutral area of your house that your rabbit does not use. Some options are the bathtub, a blocked off section of hallway, or an exercise pen in a neutral room. Get your supplies ready- the water bottle, gloves or old sneakers. Place the rabbits in the neutral space and watch them. It is easiest to have two people nearby- one with the water bottle and the other with the gloves or sneakers.

i also suggest not to put a litter box in this neutral space - one could get territorial over it.

ive seen some disagreement about when exactly you should separate the bunnies completely. my suggestion is the first 2 times in a bonding session they try to attack, move them apart but keep them in the same pen. after that, separating them for the day is good - you can try again later.

I would start by letting your rabbits spend 15-30 minutes together on their first date, depending on how it is going. If it is going well, then I would go the thirty minutes. During a normal work day, I would have them date only once. However on the weekends, feel free to try 2-3 dates, 6-8 hours a part. If the dates are going well, then gradually increase the time that they are spending together ...

While the rabbits may at time appear indifferent to us, the truth is they are sizing each other up to determine if they can trust each other. This is seen by observing the rabbits. They may lay about 2-3 feet from each other. If they weren't interested at all, they wouldn't do this. They are being coy- curious but not quite trusting enough. We've all seen humans play hard to get. Guess what- rabbits do too! With time you will notice the space between them decrease and eventually they will be sleeping next to each other.

If your rabbits are not interacting, look for other signs. Do they seem relaxed? Are they washing themselves? Hopping around like everything is normal? If so, then they don't perceive the other rabbit as a threat.

When the rabbits are curious about each other, they will go up to each other and sniff. One may bow his head, requesting licks. One may gently lick the other rabbit's face. These contacts are usually brief, lasting less than 30 seconds. This is the start of grooming and is an excellent sign. As trust continues to develop, these sessions will increase into true snuggling where they will groom each other. During the first meetings, the buns will often seem a little tense, but as time goes on, they will relax. The first signs of grooming may appear a little rough- almost like chewing or gentle nibbling at the hair instead.

When you see positive signs- whether they just seem comfortable in a pen togehter (while not interacting) or if you are lucky enough to see some grooming, you should gradually increase the time they spend together and the space they use. For example, increase their time together from 1 hour to 2 hours to three hours. Once they can spend several hours together, you might be inclined to move them into a larger room where they can run and play together. This is also an excellent time to put litter boxes in for them to use and feed them dinner together.

You should instinctively know when to move on to the next stage. There is the trust factor- you will find yourself trusting them more each day. The first few sessions you will be with them constantly. Then you may feel like you can run to the kitchen and grab a drink. After many sessions, you may feel as if you don't need to be with them, but want them within earshot. At a certain point you will feel as if they can be together and you don't need to be with them ...

Sometimes rabbits appear to be stuck in a rut and not progressing with their bonding. They have worked out a mutual agreement to coexist, but don't seem to be chummy quite yet. This is where you need to push them a little bit. Shake things up- try some of the tricks listed below. Move to a different location, try a smaller pen, try a larger pen. Try and get them over the hump. If both rabbits like banana, then take some and place banana in the fur near the base of the ears. Since most buns go crazy for this, they will try to lick it off each other. One will think they are getting a treat, while the other believes they are being groomed. Sometimes you need to gently push them forward.

i hope all of this helps you get your bunnies to be friendly! it may take a long time or go quickly. a lot of it has to do with interpreting your bunnies body language and following your gut on when its time to move forward. i quoted from saveabunny.org, but here are more resources if you need them!

Got in an accident with no collision on my car insurance?

I got in an accident at and intersection the other day. i was heading north ready to turn west(my left) at the intersection. the other driver was heading south with her left blinker on ready to turn east (her left). so when i saw her blinker o n i figured it was safe to take my turn now. but in the middle of my turn she decides to keep going straight rather than turning left like her blinker had indicated. therefore she hit me in my rear passenger side with her front passenger side. she did not have much damage. however my car is fairly warped up in the rear end. it may even be totaled although it is drivable. i am just waiting for the appraisal right now. when we began speaking to the cop i mentioned that she had her blinker on, but she denied this. i alerted my insurance company and they filed a claim. i heard from her insurance company and they sent me to get and appraisal. i sent the accident report to the police station the rmv and my insurance yesterday. The guy kept telling me in bad English that he was ahead of me so it's my fault. and I told him that I didn't even move & he was the one changed the lane without even checking to see if it was clear. but he couldn't really speak english well or he didn't even want to listen to me. so I left like that with my sideview mirror dangling next to me. *sigh* this isn't the end of the story yet. I claimed his insurance company which ive never heard of. They said that he's telling them I was the one who hit their car. which made NO SENSE. This afternoon, I was at a gas station and I backed my 2003 Pontiac mini van into a concrete barrier very hard. Boy this is a good one & I don't know what to do Next! I went with the Lizard insurance even though they are Snakes and don't want to pay for any Claims! It started in 2010 with my truck, I took it to where they told me and they only paid for cosmetic damage even though there was a lot more including my steering was so bad I had to stop driving it. I wanted to take it to a shop that I had my truck lowered which because of we're I lived and the shop was I couldn't drive it, 65 miles. I had AAA tow it to my new house and from there after 2 years of not driving my truck they agreed to have it towed 7 miles to the shop. Well I told the claims adjuster what was wrong, he told me I needed to write a list and drop it off at the shop so I just got my Chopper back from the shop and went down to where my truck was a wrote a list of what I thought was wrong. Here is where the first of my troubles started, on the way home I am riding on the freeway and a truck to the right of me had a blow out and a Giant tire flew right in front of me, I couldn't do anything other than to run it over. It happened so fast, I hit it and made a brown spot in my shorts, jk. I then noticed smoke coming from my Chopper, it was Bad so I pulled over and noticed that my tail light was knocked off and caused some damage and the bold that holds my tail light on came off and rubbed on my new Avon 250 tire and Melted the side wall. I was able to ride home and once I saw all the damage I knew it was a problem. I called the Lizard and made a claim. The claims adjuster called me and said he will be out that Saturday, so saturday came and I never heard from him, I had his number and left a message, so this went on until Thursday and I called the lizard again and they transferred me to the AH boss and I left him a voicemail. Well I didn't hear from him as a few more days went by so Called back and got his boss's boss. The next day I got a nasty voicemail from the claims adjuster bitching at me. I called customer service and told them he went off on me and they can hear my voicemail too but no one listened to me. So I was told to call his boss, I said then I don't want this claims adjuster to come out, I don't want to speak to him or have anything to do with him. They were so sorry and said they totally understand and later that day the big boss called and I told him I hadn't heard from the adjuster other than a nasty voicemail and I want someone else to come out and not him. The boss said I understand and he will take care of it. So two days later the rude claims adjuster showed up at my house to take care of the claim, I was shocked it was the AHole I didn't want to come out but his bosses boss told him he better get out there and take care of this. Well once he was there, he wasn't as nice as he had been and couldn't be more rude than he was. I told him what had happened and the Damage, all he said was Prove it, Prove it, Over and over with everything I showed him. It caused major damage to my shocks and front forks, he laughed and said they are designed to roll over things and that it couldn't happen from hitting a tire in the road, well it can because that's exactly what happened. He was such a AHole I said, why did you even come out, did you just come here to be a @ss Hole or what!! He didn't say a word and just left. They paid out just a little for damages to the paint, tail light and the tire. The tired was new and cost 500 but they paid me 100 bucks for it. Mean while my truck is at the shop still to get looked over for the damage and they didn't pay a dime and the worst part was when I got the truck back from being towed, I started after the tow truck drive let it down and it sounded funny, then I smelt burning plastic so I opened the hood and my entire air intake system was gone!!! The burning was th vacuum hoses laying on the headers. I called the shop where my truck was and they said they are not sure what's going on but to call back. Well they are no longer in business and I lost all that so I called and opened a claim, now they are investigating me over this. So I have damage from 2010 that has never been fixed, my bike isn't right and someone had stolen my Volant cold air intake that's not being taken care of. What do I do? This is BS, I don't deserve this from my insurance Company and for them to treat me like they have, not pay out the claims. I needed my truck smoged Dec 31st so because all the parts to have it smogged weren't there I couldn't have it down and I have a ton of late fees with the DMV in California. My Volant is smog legal, I have the Ca numbers for it but it doesn't matter, I am getting the run around like no tomorrow. I will Drop GIECO and go with Farmers but not until my truck and bike are fixed. I have called everyone I could at Geico and no help!""

I am a recent college grad working a job that does not offer me health insurance, and I receive excellent coverage under my parent's plan. I saw a clause in the Affordable Health Care Act that said I would only be able to do this after January 1st, 2014....I really wish this went into effect in 2013 instead! Long story short. Not my fault. The guy backed into my car. It was parked to sell it. So no insurance policy on it. My BF and I were sitting in the car out of the rain writting out a new for sale sign. The car vibrated like crazy when we drove it to move it back to my place. The guys insurance company didn't even check the alignment or add it to the estimate. The other estimates don't even include the alignment. There could be more damage. I decided to get cash to another car. I have not signed anything yet or recived the check. My car is worth about 2K. It wouldn't be worth it to fix it. Insurance Company $1013.76 Auto Body Shop $1162.00 Ford Dealership $1284.90 Les Schwab Alignment $90.00 361.14 difference. I asked to raise their quote. The Insurance company said no. If I had go to an auto body repair shop of my choice with 1013.76 they would call and ask for them to kick down more money. I am going to notify the insurance company that in writting that I am taking them to small claims court. Any ideas on the letter that I submitt? My BF and I were injured. Before you answer, please read this thoroughly. I am a student and Illinois Resident. I have PPO health insurance in Illinois that I pay out of pocket for. $1000 deductible, 100% covered. I go to school in Florida and have employer insurance in FL (ever since Sept 2008), but it's an HMO. The PPO my job offers has no deductible but is 80/20 coverage, so I opted the HMO. For the average person, it would make no sense to have 2 policies, but I'm not ordinary. I have many pre-existing conditions (some I was born with), hence the Illinois coverage. In Dec of last year, before my FL insurance kicked in, I had a multitude of issues which caused me to have to use my BCBS of IL in Florida where I'm attending school. Many of those things are at bay now, but for doctor visits, exams, etc to arise other than routine check ups, should I start using my FL HMO insurance and just use my IL insurance for when I visit home during breaks? Or should I just drop my FL insurance altogether? The reason this is an issue is b/c I am afraid I my rates will go up or they drop me if I continue to use my insurance which was meant to be for IL, but I have been using it in another state. Yes they will cover b/c it's PPO and it falls under the BCBS umbrella, but this is the risk I take. I will NOT drop my Illinois insurance because I have pre-existing issues that is NOT covered by my FL insurance, so switching isn't even on option. Plus they keep doing layoffs and my certainty at this job isn't guaranteed. Furthermore, I keep reading about fraud, this is not my intent. I am just trying not to have my rates rise anymore b/c I am a student and not making much as it is. I am looking for the best coverage because good health care is my primary concern. I am NOT trying to file a double claim with both insurances, and I am NOT trying to collect any money out of this. Today I was in car wreck. I was in a parking lot going straight and the other driver turned left in to my car. She has dented the whole left side of my car. The accident was not at my fault. Had a police report. Contacted both insurance companies. Got a rental car and check ($1500) from other party's insurance company (NJ Skylands) as decided to go through them. Brought the car to body shop and found out NJ Skylands wants to cheat and pay less. So I called my insurance company (State Farm) and reopened the claim to go through them. State Farm took deductible and issued a check for $1788. Body shop wants to get $2788 for repair. Can I still use that check for $1500 to cover the rest of expanses?
