I 100% think you would bring out the soft side in Nanami, you’ll make him uncover new goals outside of merely surviving. At first, he definitely would be stuck in his usual mindset but what the gorgeous man did not realize is that love can change everything ;-;

Now, I should say that whenever Nanami is not on a mission or busy with his usual work, he is trying to spend as much time as possible with you! Sometimes that means surprising you when you’re at the gym. You’ll be so concentrated on your weights that you won’t notice him arrive, but when you do notice him, you’ll feel more energized because of his presence! Honestly, I can’t say that Nanami is there to work on his own body – mostly he’s there just to steal glances of you because you’re SO DAMN CUTE WHEN CONCENTRATING. Not that he’ll ever admit that tho 😉

Being able to handle emergency situations without panicking is a MUST for someone dating a jujutsu sorcerer! So your “we’ll make it work” personality is going to be perfect whenever unexpected events occur. He’s going to need someone as emotionally strong as you by his side, because let’s be honest, Nanami is not weak hearted. He needs a partner, not a liability. And thankfully you are that! Someone he can rely on and someone he loves!And I know you may be saying, but I can be overly sensitive – that is 100% fine. It’s something he will get used to, and tending to your emotional needs is something he places a focus on. Just not when the world is exploding, ya get my drift?

Your relationship with Nanami would be mostly steady, since you’re both very open about your feelings and obligations. Whenever you’re upset, his goal is to sooth you, and not pry. He knows you’ll open up to him when you’re ready. That being said, he would not leave you alone in times like this. He’d probably whip up some calming tea or beverage and then rub circles against your hand to remind you silently he isn’t going anywhere!

A variety of holiday themed items could be seen through the transparent wrapping that was secured around it. The sight brought your eyebrows to raise questiongly at your partner, as you fought off the smile pushing to reach your lips. 

“Do you not like it?” The question was posed in a hesitant manner. It was clear he was now internally re-evaluating his decision. Yuji had selected this particular basket with him at the store, and guaranteed that you would like it. Nanami’s only goal was to provide you with a pleasant surprise - did he really screw up that badly? 

“I love it.” You were quick to notice his troubled state, and in order to eliminate his concerns, you proceeded closer to him before pressing a kiss of gratitude against his cheek. The blonde male nodded in response, but there was no hiding his satisfaction with your answer. 

Mission accomplished.

As the lockpick broke, Zevran could almost feel the Warden’s little huffs of laughter from behind him. He didn’t even look behind him, and could imagine the exact look gracing Warden Tabris’ face. The Warden himself was a rogue! Zevran had no idea why he insisted on letting Zevran try to pick the lock first, only for him to come up behind him, touch his elbow and say those insufferable words.

    “Here, let me try,” Tabris said, his fingertips a light fluttering touch against Zevran’s arm as he bent down to the same level. Zevran barely resisted rolling his eyes as he abruptly stood up and stepped away in order to give Tabris all the room he needed. Within moments, the lock was easily discarded as Tabris opened the chest. Zevran could only huff and look away as the Warden went through the contents of the chest, taking and discarding as he saw fit.

    “Do you want these?” Tabris asked, catching Zevran’s attention again. He held out a few flasks, presumably filled with deathroot extract or something similar. Zevran just nodded and took the offered items, opening one of them to get a waft and figure out what it was for sure, and how strong it may be. Daolin grinned at the sight, seemingly forgetting himself before abruptly turning to their other companions after a moment.

    Zevran didn’t know what to make of the Warden’s behaviour, over the last few weeks he’d been getting increasingly familiar with Zevran. Little touches, grinning haplessly, offering Zevran things. As if Zevran couldn’t tell that the feelings swarming his chest were familiar and unwanted, but was powerless to stop. As if Zevran wasn’t entirely at his mercy, as he already had sworn himself to the Warden’s service. Something that Zevran himself was actually struggling with the concept of recently. What would this Warden do once the Blight was over, Archdemon dead and civil war ceased? What would he do with Zevran?

    His thoughts were broken up with Sten’s fierce battle cry, forcing his attention back to whomever had foolishly tried to sneak up on their group. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Tabris jump back, pulling an arrow from his quiver as he moved, and Morrigan began to cast some nasty hex.

    Thoughts of his relationship with Tabris, whatever it may be, didn’t resurface until much later, when they were done with their tasks and had come back to their small camp. Dinner had been made and divided up, thankfully it was Leliana’s turn and not Alistair’s, so while Zevran definitely didn’t like Orlesian cuisine, at least it wasn’t Ferelden. Or whatever Alistair swore was Ferelden and not just poor cooking.

    As he pondered his dinner, he could see the Warden making his usual rounds of the camp. It was becoming an increasingly familiar routine for him to check in with each of his companions, sometimes it was a quick check in, other times he spent at least an hour talking to someone. One thing Zevran couldn’t figure out however, was why Tabris always, always, left Zevran himself for last.

    Some time later, Daolin finally made his way over to where Zevran was sitting. He sat himself down next to Zevran, stretching out his legs and groaning obscenely. Rather than amused by it, like he normally would be, Zevran just found himself getting frustrated.

    “I’ve a question, if I may,” he told the Warden, looking over at him, staring him down. Tabris looked only a small amount startled by this but just nodded for Zevran to continue.

    “Well here is the thing: I swore an oath to serve you, yes? And I understand the quest you’re on and all of this is very fine and well. My question pertains to what you intend to do with me once this business is over with. As a point of curiosity,” Zevran said, his throat feeling a little tight. Daolin just sort of stared back for a moment, thinking it over, and Zevran could see some different emotions pass through his face, confusion, understanding, and sadness? Finally Tabris leaned back and looked up at the stars before answering.

    “You could go, anywhere. If you wanted.” Tabris said quietly. Zevran felt the strange tightness start to unravel, just a little bit, and another part of his heart tightened at the words. But Zevran needed to continue asking, needed to be sure.

    “Anywhere is quite a wide choice of options, my warden. One simply assumes that, once your Grey Warden business is finished, you would have no need of an assassin to follow you about. Am I wrong?” Zevran asked, pushing for something, even if he didn’t quite know what answer he wanted.

    “I’ll not hold you to any oath, Zevran. You could leave whenever you like,” Daolin said, looking back at Zevran directly, holding his gaze. The bulk of the thick constricting feeling in Zevran’s chest smoothed away. Tabris looked honest, and hurt at the same time. Did Daolin feel just as hurt about the idea of Zevran going away? Why did Zevran feel hurt about the idea of being sent away? Zevran blinked quickly, breaking their gaze and coming back to himself enough to respond.

    “Oh? Well, I made that oath willingly, but if that’s how you see it, then all the better. For the moment, it’s still best that I stay. Considering my stance with the Crows and all,” Zevran finished, feeling like he suddenly was speaking too quickly, unsure of the thoughts in his own head. Daolin looked relieved to hear that Zevran would stay, but his face became guarded at the mention of the Crows. Something about his face, slightly turned away from Zevran, prompted the assassin to continue.

    “But let’s assume that I didn’t desire to leave, when the time came. What then?” he asked, his voice sounding much more sure than he felt. Tabris looked back up at him then, expression still mostly guarded, but something else was there too, not that Zevran could tell what it meant.

    “Why wouldn’t you go, if you had the chance?” Daolin asked back, clearly trying to not sway Zevran in any way. Zevran only got frustrated by the tactic.

    “You know, you shouldn’t answer a question with a question. It’s rude.” he said, smirking at the other man, trying to lighten the mood a little bit. “I suppose, I don’t entirely know what I could go back to at this point. Unless something is done about the Crows, I will likely be forced to evade them for the rest of my life, however long that may be. Antiva will always be in my heart, but I don’t suppose it would be very smart for me to go back and just try to be a fisherman or something. Can you even imagine?” Zevran said, smiling lightly for Daolin’s sake.

    “You’ve spent so much of your life being told what to do, I can only imagine you doing exactly what you want to do,” Daolin replied, almost sounding pitying. Zevran felt his hackles raise at the comment, he knows Daolin most likely didn’t mean anything by it, but he feels defensive all the same.

    “And I suppose you have spent your whole life deciding things? Deciding to stay in the Alienage and get married off by your only close relative? Deciding to get conscripted to the Wardens after killing the Arl’s son?” Zevran questions, his voice raising only the slightest bit. He immediately wishes he could take it back, as he knows these are still raw wounds. But he hates that Tabris wants to pity him for the hand he was dealt, regardless of the fact that they were all dealt shitty hands. Daolin’s eyes widen at the questions Zevran poses to him, and seems to realize what he said and looks properly admonished.

    “You’re right, I imagine not many of us really do have the choices we like to think that we do. I apologize for my comment,” Tabris said, turning his head back to look back at the stars. “I just find myself hard pressed for any reason why you would want to stay,” he finishes, still staring at the sky. Zevran can see there is a tightness in Tabris’ jaw, keeping him from saying something he is clearly thinking about. Zevran himself is feeling a bit too raw as well at the moment, and decides that they both have probably had enough of these thoughts for the night.

    “Well, it is good to know what my options might be. But that is for another time. For now, it is late, I am exhausted and you should definitely be exhausted,” Zevran deflects, standing up and stretching slightly. He goes to offer a hand to Tabris to help him stand up and just gets looked at by his Warden for a few moments. Zevran is surprised by some of the emotions he sees cross Daolin’s face, disappointment, amusement, and something like fondness? It’s tender and leaves Zevran breathless for a moment, enough so that he doesn’t want to actually name what he knows he saw on Daolin’s face.

    After hesitating long enough, Daolin finally reaches and takes the offered hand, grasping tightly as Zevran helped pull him upright. Daolin uses the momentum and surprise in order to land a chaste kiss on Zevran’s cheek, whispering a good night to him, before brushing past towards his own tent. Zevran can only watch him go, wondering how hard it would be to leave once this is all done, or how much harder it would be to stay.

sf9 in london event + concert experience ☽༓･*˚⁺‧͙

this is my 5k essay on what happened 190512 // enjoy reading!!!

so i got to the venue at 11pm the night before bc i was so stressed by the other concerts (ppl at la started lining up at 6pm??) i really wanted to be near the front since im coming all way from the netherlands anyways i better go big or go home!!!! so like i waited there for an hour amongst other fans who were still waiting from a diff concert and when they left other fantasy arrived so we started queueing up. i rlly have to thank sf9 uk casue they were so nice to me and they kept letting me use their hotel next door to let me go to the bathroom and change ♥️

i ended up getting nr1 (or nr21 ig isbdhs) so!!!! we did it LMAO succesfully got a good spot even though my feet and butt were dead by the time anything even happened,, its so hard to wait for 16+ hours to go to a concert but its sf9 so who cares about health 🤡 we didnt get knifed and a lot of ppl came up to ask who the fuck we were waiting for hdbshsh it was so funny

so i started handing out my juho stuff ofc and ppl seemed to like it!!! so im glad haha eventually even i didnt have any anymore so i was happy ppl liked it!

skip to like 1pm which is when the members arrived at the venue, i was a lil late noticing cus i was waiting for those signed narcissus albums but i ran to the front anyways n saw youngbin chani tae leave the van (like what they posted in the travel preview) so that was!!!!! jdbdbsb they were so unbothered it was so cute so i went to get my albums and came back to line (i got all hwiyoung pcs oshshah) 

also there were so many other fans handing out fanmades it was so sweet the entire atmosphere was fantastic bc everyone was nice to eachother, rlly everyone i talked to was super sweet!!! also so many fansites with slogans or fans so i went broke once more but it was all worth it theyre so pretty...

at like 4.30 was the special event which lmao i rlly was so tired and i got sooo nervous i had my already signed fanfare from mwave bc if ure gonna sign any album it should be fanfare (looking at ALL the ppl that gave them narcissus) sooo us 20 were led upstairs to some sort of bar area and they had a long table w water bottles so we had to wait a lil while the staff checked our signed items if they were ok and then we had to form a line to wait (they were late) i met another dutchie so that was nice hdhshsh

finally the members walk out and im shaking bc baek ju is the first to enter the room!!! he was wearing that leopard sweater and i didnt even hate his mullet seeing it upclose...

jae was wearing that stupid unbottoned shirt skbssbsb and he came in giving ALL the fanservice like him and inseong were here for the entire thing osbdbsb the other members just sat down and sociaized with eachother like yb kept being adorable and pulling faces at the table it was everything and i couldnt see rowoon bc ppl were standing in front of him but i was!!!! shaking already bc whos idea was it to start off this event with fucking rowoon lmao is like immediate heart attack! ju was last which was oof...

so i had like ideas of what i wanted to talk abt w each members but lmao??? i didnt talk abt any of it to any member my mind was so shook...

first up was rowoon and he just hdhshsh???? the eye contact of this man and just seeing him upclose was so intense tf he rlly was.. so gorgeous n bc of his hair up his eyes looked even bigger n shimmered and the pics rlly dont do him justice... so the first thing i said was wow so handsome bc why not.. i was gagged indeed hdbdbsb he said like woooow our debut album and you already have it signed oabdbs i didnt explain the entire mwave thing bc wud he understand haha but he opened n he saw the pic of himself hes like what do u like better me now or me here??? me being myself im like fanfare bc ur hair down is so cute oahdhshs i rlly not a narcissus hag anyways but fanfare was best rowoon as always... so rowoon did his sign and i asked him to do sky castle impersonation he didnt understand so i just repeated sky castle he was like ah the voice thing im like yes cha minhyuk isbdbsh so he did the fucking thing and i was dying lmao great to have seen it in the flesh ofc...

after rowoon was taeyang and taeyang!!!! was so hyper and attentive like hdnsb whenever u see him in vids hes usually very casual but he was soooo sweet and he too was like ahhh fanfare he took a while to say but he said his heart was still in there hdhdhsh so i was 🤧🤧 i just asked tae if he was doing okay or if he wasnt feeling tired and he said he was doing great bc i was there im like dying hdhshsh so i said yah me too!!!! 

jae was after taeyang n jae was jdhshshs soooo into it i know korean fans say ppl change biases to jae after meeting him and i have to say i can see why!!! i didnt rlly know what to say to jae beforehand but he said oooo i really love london and im like haha i dont like it here im like im from the netherlands so he was shocked he said thank you for coming to travel here and he held my hand isbdbsbsb

Ahh, thank you!!! It always gets me incredibly giddy and giggly whenever someone tells me that they enjoy the stuff I create!! For now I’ll write more in detail of how our first meeting went seeing as I’m not getting many creative ideas for him and I (also the fact that I’m gonna get to rewatching the anime so I can try to write Kara more accurately) 

It wasn't all too common for Shawn to be invited out to many places, seeing as he was either working at the video game store he got most of his income from or he was holed up in his apartment trying to complete a few commissions he was given every so often so, needless to say, his schedule wasn't the most intact, socially. So when his acquaintance Totoko came to pay him a visit while he was working, well, it was a pleasant surprise! And Shawn already knew that the girl had come for a reason, seeing as she didn't seem to be the type to be into video games, which meant that it had something to do with him. "Ah, um, hi Totoko! How's it going?" The girl simply replied with a sigh as she went over to the desk where Shawn was working as the cashier and leaned forward. "Um, what's the matter?" Totoko looked over at the boy and let out an even larger sigh, pausing for a moment before scrunching her brows together in frustration and stood up, "do you have anything going on this Friday?" Shawn looked over at his friend, confused, seeing the back of a customer take a look at some of the games being sold in the background. "This Friday? Not specifically. Why?" All he had planned for Friday was simply go to work until noon, eat lunch, maybe draw -large emphasis on the maybe- and that was about it. Totoko leaned her head against her head as she raised her other arm, twirling her finger around her hair as she spoke. "See, I have some... close acquaintances you could call them? And well, since I want to be famous, I need my friends to have larger social circles so more people will know me." Shawn glanced over to the customer behind her for a second, a series of doubts going through his mind.

It was moments like these where the guy remembered that the initial reason why Totoko first talked to him in the first place was because she thought that he was cute and with being cute meant that he had to be decently well-known on social media. That.. wasn't the case, as she came to learn within a couple of days of talking with Shawn and investigating his social media profiles. He looked back at her after watching the customer take a look of the back of one of the game boxes and return it on the shelf, wandering around once again. "Okay, so... you want to introduce them to me?" "Yeah, you get it!" Shawn paused for a moment as he thought, noticing the customer come up with a few boxes in hand. "Gimme a sec." He went over and put his focus on the customer, quickly scanning the items, and putting the game boxes into a bag, handing it over as he was given the money necessary and quickly went to put it in the cash register. "Have a nice day!" His customer-support smile immediately disappeared as the door closed behind him, turning back over to Totoko with a sigh. "You know what? Sure. What's the harm?" It's been a bit of a while since he last hung out with a friend, let alone make some new ones. Totoko stood up with a happy clap, "great! I'll text you the details later!" And with that, Totoko, pleased with the results, skipped out of the store with a happy hum. Shawn watched as she left, a single thought in his mind. "Couldn't she just invite me out with a text?"

It was now Friday afternoon, the ever-dreaded Judgement Day and Shawn was, honestly, a little more than nervous about this. Sure, he was calm and feeling pretty okay when he had initially accepted the invitation, but now the real questions were hitting him. What were these guys like? Would he even be able to get along with them?? He had already learned of a few answers to some other questions thanks to Totoko, such as the people he was going to be introduced to were 6 brothers, sextuplets to be exact. The initial discovery of this had Shawn quite surprised, mostly for the fact that he has never seen sextuplets before. He has met triplets in the past, but certainly not sextuplets so this would certainly be interesting. Another thing that he learned was that Totoko warned him that they were quite rowdy so there was that. Hopefully these guys weren't as rowdy as his classmates back in middle school, so if that line wasn't crossed, that issue won't be much for him. Fiddling with his crystal pendant on the necklace tied around his neck, he took one last look at the last message Totoko sent him, the address of the place they were going to be hanging out at, which in this case was a fairly cheap restaurant. "Smart." It was definitely one of the best places for Totoko to set up a meet-up, seeing as if they were in some open area, Shawn could easily escape by getting 'lost' within the crowds of people that may pass. Shoving his phone into his back pocket, Shawn let in a deep inhale and entered the restaurant, quickly spotting Totoko and the sextuplets he was going to meet. He froze in his spot for a second before Totoko glanced over and saw Shawn standing at the entrance, waving him over.

Totoko had already begun to introduce Shawn to the six as he walked over, hearing her say "Matsus, this is my friend Shawn. Shawn, these guys are Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Jyushimatsu, Ichimatsu and Todomatsu." Shawn took a seat as five of the six greeted him with a mix of hellos, as he greeted back a bit nervously, "ah, hello..." He looked at the six, trying to make an effort on remembering their names and trying to find ways to differentiate between them when he looked over at Karamatsu, eyes widening with an "oh! It's you!" Karamatsu took a few moments of confusion to try to remember who he was. "You know Karamatsu?" Totoko asked, immediately being replied with a nod from Shawn. "Uh- yeah! A few weeks ago I ran into him and, uh, well, I asked if I could draw him!" Karamatsu's eyes widened as his memory caught up, letting out a surprised "oh!" before quickly regressing into his cool guy persona. "Ah, I-I see we met again! Heh, it must truly be the hands of destiny that have brought us together once again." The table cringed at his cheesy line, Osomatsu responding with a "painful!" as Shawn responded with a small chuckle and a shrug. "Maybe it is destiny! Who knows?"  With a smile, Shawn noticed as the waiter came over and asked what they would like to order, turning his attention over to try to order something quickly as to not waste the waiter's time, Karamatsu sitting there both speechless and dumbfounded, as this was the first time somebody had actually reacted in a positive way to the things he said.

"Shawn, didn't you think that was painful?" Totty asked as he pulled out his phone, looking through his social media as he made plans to take a selfie with his food. "Painful? Um, no? Why would I?" "Ah, it's because Karama-" Before Totty could go to insult his brother, Karamatsu quickly interjected, "ah, Shawn, if you don't mind me asking, what do you do most of the time? When you're not spending time with people like my wonderful brothers and I?" Shawn looked over, taking a moment to think, "Ah, well, I draw most of the time!" Karamatsu posed, putting a hand under his chin with a pensive smirk on his face. "Heh, so you're an artist too, I see! I am not one for the arts when it comes to painting, but I am a master of the arts when it comes to music." Shawn's eyes lit up as he heard the mention of music. "Really? What, um, what instrument do you play?" "Heh, well, since you asked so kindly... I have a passion for the guitar~" Shawn let out a more than interested hum, "the guitar's always a classic! I never had the chance to be able to learn how to play it myself, but maybe in the future, hehe." Shawn felt the conversation between Kara and him die and quickly went to remedy it, refusing to accept any awkwardness to come in and take it's place, turning to take a look at the sextuplets with a smile as he went, "ah, right, if you guys ever happen to run into me, I'll be more than happy to hang out during that time!" "Heh, I'll be sure to spend some quality time with you if we happen to run into each other once more, dear Shawn." Shawn couldn't help but smile at Kara's response as the others responded with varying levels of energy, turning to face Karamatsu. "Well then, I can't wait!"
