I think it’s the undiagnosed adhd talking but I really am a person who benefits from a lot of physical activities, I just wish I didn’t spend so much of my life hiding from it out of shame and fear lol

#like obvi everyone benefits to a degree bc it’s healthy #but some people I think have more of an inclination towards it #I’m not like. naturally good or anything #i just really like it and it helps my brain work better #i love running and going on extremely long wander walks #hiking on nature trails #martial arts are fun and relaxing when I’m tired out #i liked some sports but I wasn’t good at them so I was too embarrassed to really try any #but obvi I wasn’t good bc I didn’t have any practice lol #but I like soccer #but there’s always that shame of like #being bad or whatever #my capoeira mestre was telling us the other day #how ya gotta be bad to get good. let yourself make the mistakes so you learn better #which I mean. i know. but it’s good to hear again #he says I’m advancing real fast. i don’t feel like it’s true lol. but it’s nice.#i just feel wound up this week bc I didn’t get enough let out. i can feel the difference #i gotta do more solo practicing lol. something …
