THE WORLDS END IS ABOUT HOW IF YOU DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO MOVE ON IN YOUR LIFE AND ALLOW MAJOR CHANGE TO HAPPEN, MAJOR CHANGE WILL BE FORCED UPON YOU WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT AND IT IS UNAVOIDABLE AND INESCAPABLE.

#no one cares!!! i know!!!!!!! but this overall theme was just beamed into my head and now i have to stare at the wall and Think.#Gary king REFUSED to move on from his high school years and the ONLY thing that pushed him to move on #was a literal apocalypse #like the ending of that movie bothered me thefirst time i watched cause i was like 'oh but they're all seperated again and the worlds over'#(spoilers i guess lmao)#and now when i watch its like no. gary was FORCED to change his life. he cant regress back to high school theres no way to do it!!#his life has been forcibly changed in every way!!! and the movie ends with him embracing that change #while still enjoying his younger years but in a new way (doing the golden mile but with waters instead of pints)#idk idk idk. i relate to gary king too much sometimes #anyways #the worlds end
