एशिया की सबसे वजनी महिला ने चार महीने में घटाया 214 किलो वजन, अब दिखती हैं ऐसी

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज एशिया की सबसे मोटी महिला कही जाने वाली अमिता राजानी ने चार साल में अपना 214 किलोग्राम वजन घटाकर चौंकाने वाला कारनामा कर दिखाया है। 42 वर्षीय अमिता महराष्ट्र के पालघर की रहने वाली हैं। पहले अमिता का वजन करीब तीन सौ किलोग्राम से ज्यादा था। बेरियाट्रिक सर्जरी के बाद अमिता का वजन 300 से घटकर 86 किलोग्राम हो गया है। इसकी घोषणा डाॅ. शशांक शाह ने की है। उन्होंने बताया कि, चार साल में अमिता की दो चरणों में सर्जरी हुई है जिसके बाद उनका इतना वजन घटा है।

अमिता को कोई पैदाइशी बीमारी नहीं थी। वह एक सामान्य बच्चे की तरह ही पैदा हुईं थीं। जन्म के समय अमिता का वजन तीन किलो था। लेकिन जब वह छह साल की हुईं तो अचानक उनका वजन बढ़ने लगा और 16 साल की होते-होते उसका वजन 126 किलो हो गया था। अमिता के बढ़ते हुए वजन को देख घरवालों की चिंता बढ़ गई। फिर उन्होंने देश और दुनिया के कई बड़े डॉक्टरों से संपर्क किया। अमिता ने कई डॉक्टरों से इलाज भी कराया लेकिन इसका उनपर कोई असर नहीं हुआ। धीरे-धीरे उन्हें रोजाना के काम करने में दिक्कत होने लगी। ज्यादा वजन के कारण अमिता को चलने-फिरने में भी दिक्कत होने लगी थी। इतना ही नहीं बल्कि उनकी शारीरिक क्रियाएं बिलकुल बंद हो गई थी। इस चक्कर में अमिता ने घर से निकलना छोड़ दिया।

फिर अमिता का इलाज मुंबई के बांद्रा स्थित लीलावती अस्पताल में लैपराओबेसो सेंटर के संस्थापक शशांक शाह ने किया। उन्होंने तो जैसे अमिता की जिंदगी ही बदल दी। डॉ. शाह ने कहा कि, पहली बार अमिता उनके पास साल 2015 में आई थी। उन्हें सुपर मॉर्बिड ओबेसिटी के साथ ही और भी कई बीमारियां हो गई थी। तमाम जांचों के बाद अमिता की सर्जरी करने का फैसला लिया गया। अमिता को अस्पताल ले जाने के लिए एंबुलेंस में सोफा लगाना पड़ा था। अस्पताल में अमिता के लिए एक खास बेड का इंतजाम किया गया। अमिता की दो बार सर्जरी हुई। पहली 'मेटाबॉलिक सर्जरी' 2015 में हुई और दूसरी 'गैस्ट्रिक बाईपास' 2017 में हुई। सर्जरी के बाद उनका वजन कम होने लगा और अब  उनका वजन 86 किलो हो गया है। सर्जरी के बाद अमिता को किडनी, ब्लड प्रेशर, डाइबिटीज जैसी बीमारियों से भी मुक्ति मिल गई है। डॉ. शाह के मुताबिक, फिलहाल अमिता का नाम 'लिम्का बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड' में दर्ज कराने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है।

डॉ. शाह ने बताया कि, बदलते पर्यावरण के प्रभाव से लोगों का वजन बढ़ रहा है। पहले हमारे देश में हर पांचवा व्यक्ति मोटापे से पीड़ित था लेकिन अब यह बीमारी हर तीसरे व्यक्ति को होने लगी है। मोटापा कई बीमारियों की जड़ है। यह समस्या पुरुषों के मुकाबले महिलाओं में अधिक देखी जाती है। महिलाओं में मोटापे के कारण प्रेग्नेंसी, मेनोपॉज आदि होते हैं। वहीं पुरुषों में पेट के ऊपर चर्बी जमने की शिकायतें ज्यादा देखने को मिलते हैं। मोटापे के कारण कलेस्ट्रॉल, डायबीटीज और दिल के जुड़ी तमाम बीमारियां होने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। क्या है बेरियाट्रिक सर्जरी वैसे तो वजन घटाने के कई सारे तरीके होते हैं, लेकिन अगर कोई सबसे आसान तरीका है तो वह है बेरियाट्रिक सर्जरी। इस सर्जरी के जरिए वजन तेजी से कम किया जा सकता है। बेरियाट्रिक सर्जरी तीन तरह की होती है- 'लैप बैंड', 'स्लीव गैस्ट्रीकटोमी' और 'गैस्ट्रीक बाइपास' सर्जरी। लैप बैंड सर्जरी कराने के बाद व्यक्ति की खाने की क्षमता बहुत कम हो जाती है। स्लीव गैस्ट्रीक्टोमी से हर हफ्ते डेढ़ से दो किलो वजन कम होना शुरू हो जाता है। तीसरी गैस्ट्रीक बाइपास सर्जरी में पेट को बांटकर गेंद के आकार का बनाकर छोड़ दिया जाता है। इस सर्जरी के बाद भूख बढ़ाने वाला 'ग्रेहलीन' हार्मोन बनना बंद हो जाता और खाना भी देर से पचता है। इस सर्जरी के जरिए शरीर में जो भी फैट जमा है वह एनर्जी के रूप में बाहर आ जाता है। ऐसे में वजन तेजी से कम होना शुरू हो जाता है। Read the full article

The 69-year-old actor thanked the hospital staff for taking care of him. "#Lilawatihospital can't thank the angels in there enough for restoring my health back to normal. God bless u all," he wrote on Twitter.

Speaking to a tabloid, Satish Shah revealed that he had developed fever which he took medicines for. He was then advised to get tested and his reports turned out to be positive. The actor got admitted immediately at Lilavati. He is following the protocol and will be in quarantine till August 11.

He said that he wanted to announce his recovery after the quarantine came to an end. But, when he saw Abhishek Bachchan announce that he had tested negative, he chose to reveal it and thank the frontline workers. He said one should not panic and get tested.

Satish Shah has done tremendous work in both films and Television. He is popularly known to have starred in Yeh Joh Hai Zindagi and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.
