Fascinating discovery as I go through and change a bunch of Sun&Moon item prices:

non food items, so wood and metal and all that, reflect their new price in the retail tool, so the 5$ branches will sell for 5$ in an ofb store.

but items that can be stocked in the fridge for foodpoints always default to 80$ for average, even if they are much more expensive.

i am going to do a science about this instead of playing today it seems

Okay... but if i said no more Somewhere (which has been in hiding since 2022 anyways) and started a new sims 3 project of similar vibes, because i dont remember what i was doing with Somewhere because my notes are garbage, would anyone but me be mad at me for that

I am sick and miserable and plagued by visions (sims 2 cc i want)

Concept: Tattoo overlay box type thing, except its options are overlays linked to your default skins(s1-s4) and default eyes(ya know, blue and green and brown and such), so i can have my fae sims cast glamours on themselves to look like normal sims temporarily.

If my brain wasn't filled with goo i would attempt it myself, but i am in no state to use this goo container to learn new skills right now

Staring down my EG to-do list right now, because there is not enough time left in the day to warrant booting up the game and past lille, what exactly do you mean by "reprice Sun&Moon items"

like what logic are we applying here

because some thing definitely need to be cheaper and others more expensive because the fact that my sims refuse to buy Gwenya's imported goods because they are what i consider a reasonable price but will pay more than that for Beth's random sticks off the ground that everyone can just collect themselves if they wanted is a shenanigan.

but past lille please. something more than "change item values". please x.x

Watched Wheel of Time yesterday and got once again reminded how much i enjoy it. Like i watch it, i enjoy it, then the season is over and it completely exits my brain again until i get told "hey there is a new season" and then i start the whole shenanigan over again. Silliness

The plan for this weekend included simming time.

so far that has consisted of some sims 2 cc shopping, which you know, is a start i guess.

and now also is consisting of "what if new sims 3 legacy to rotational game though" as if Somewhere isn't RIGHT THERE untouched for literal years at this point???

Was I going to play some sort of sims this weekend to fill up the queue? Yes.

Did I instead spend way too many hours playing Infinity Nikki? Very much also yes.

So uh... I'll put some of those screenshots in the queue after the little bit of Edona's Glade has run through. And then I'll figure out some more simming time.

yall if any of you like chill occult themed library sorting and notetaking in your video games, i need you to play Book of Hours. It's so good. I need someone to talk to about it. I have played so many hours already and now the DLC is out and i will play so many more. I am making spreadsheets. But also this game is so incredibly niche and the way i play it is absolutely unwatchable so i can't stream it to find the people to talk to about it. help.

Yall I know I just screamed about Book of Hours, but !!!! I am doing the Further Stories in the House of Light DLC as they become available to me and not only did I discover that two of the people I have given books to are related, but now I technically have the option to INVITE SOMEONE TO MURDER SOMEONE ELSE. Or ya know, help the guy. I am DELIGHTED and OBSESSED and I NEED TO SCREAM ABOUT IT A LITTLE

Concept: today after work i finally finish the Maddex round for Edona's Glade, broken business be damned, so i can move on, play the remaining 2 families in the round and then get in a season or two of unlocking the uberhood before fixing all the broken things.
