Sean Diaz x Reader Oneshot:
Kitchen Counters
Tumblr media
This is a request from @happy-sad7. They requested this back in September lmao - sorry that it took so long to do! Hope you enjoy it :)
warnings: smut, 18+, minors dni fem!afab!reader, teenage Daniel, Blood Brothers ending.
“Hey Sean! Y/n!” Daniel yells from the front door, “I’m going out to the market. You guys need anything?”
Sean looks at me questioningly; I shake my head. “Nah! Just what we need to refill the fridge.”
“Alright! I’ll be back in a few hours!”
“Don’t be out too late!” I tell him.
“I won’t! Bye!” Daniel slams the door behind him and runs down the driveway. I hear the car start, and he drives off.
I get up from the couch and stretch. “I’m going to cook dinner with what we have left in the fridge,” I tell Sean.
Sean smiles at me. “I’ll join you, mi vida.”
We get to the kitchen, and as I reach for the rice in the upper cabinet, I feel Sean’s arms snake around me. I smile, melting into his touch. His stubble tickles my neck as he leaves soft kisses on my skin.
“We don’t get as much alone time in the house…” he says, kissing my ear. I shiver from the contact.
“Mm… yeah. It’s summer break, so Danny’s home more often.” I lean more into his body, letting him press up against me.
“Can I tell you something, Y/n?” he asks, voice barely above a whisper.
I nod.
I chuckle. “I’m wearing these because it’s hot, baby.”
“Those little shorts of yours have been driving me crazy all day…” His hands venture from my waist to my thighs, grabbing at the supple skin.
“Yeah, but you also look hot.” He continues kissing my neck.
I turn around, wrapping my arms around you and kissing you hungrily. “Do you intend to fuck me eventually instead of just teasing me?”
He smirks. “I fully intend on fucking you.” He picks me up and places me on the counter. “Right here…”
“Sean, this is where we prepare food,” I scold.
“I don’t care. I’ll just disinfect it later and it’ll be fine,” he says. He kisses me hungrily, lips against my neck and fingers digging into my thighs.
I moan softly, unable to control it. “M-mm! Sean… the bedroom isn’t that much of a walk from here, we can—ah!” He lifts my tank top, taking advantage of the fact that I’m not wearing a bra and latching his lips around my nipple.
“I’ll take you right here… we can always just clean up later~” he says. He smiles at me softly.
Desperate myself, I give into his wants. “F-fine… you’ve riled me up enough that I don’t really care either.”
He smiles. “Good…” he trails kisses up my inner thighs, hands fumbling with the elastic of my shorts. He pulls my pants and panties down in a single motion, letting them slip and fall to the floor.
He licks his lips, staring at my dripping cunt. “Oh, amor… fuck you look delicious.” He licks a stripe up my pussy, separating my wet folds. I squeak softly, my hand finding my way to his hair. I feel him smirk against my cunt before diving deeper, licking and sucking on my clit in a way he knows will make me scream.
“Sean~” I moan, gripping at his hair. “Fuck~ Yes baby… that feels so fucking good.”
He groans softly, letting my hand guide him. His hands grope at my thighs, squeezing them to hold me in place as my body bucks against his mouth. He wraps one arm around my waist to hold me in place so he can make better use of his other hand. His fingers slip inside, curling and thrusting up against my G-spot, and that’s all it takes to send me over the edge.
“Fuck Sean! I-I’m cumming!” I moan, walls clenching around his fingers rapidly. He lets me ride out my high, giving me soft kitten licks before pulling away from me.
“You always taste so good…” he says, licking my slick off of his fingers. I look down and see the tent in his shorts. My hands reach to pull his pants and boxers down. He smirks. “Impatient, are we?”
“Well, we don’t know when Daniel will get back from the store… and I want to fully take advantage of our alone time~” I bite my lips, pulling him closer.
“True, true,” he chuckles. He pulls my hips forward, positioning himself at my entrance. “I might have to have you later tonight in our bedroom, we’ll just have to be quiet.” He thrusts into me, causing me to gasp.
“That’s usually a bad idea—mmh~!” I grip his shoulders, arching my back from the pleasure. “Both of us are bad at keeping q-quiet…”
He groans against my ear. “I don’t care… I just want you…” He kisses me hungrily, fucking me relentlessly.
“Sean… I’m gonna cum again…” I moan.
His fingers dig into my hips, his groans almost turning into growls. “Mmm… let go for me baby~”
I moan loudly, reaching my climax. My walls clench around his cock, milking him for all he’s worth. “Sean~”
He cums not soon after, dumping his load inside of me. We stay like that, sweaty and panting.
He pulls out, grabbing some tissues to clean us up. I hop off the counter, legs wobbly. He helps me stabilize, getting the both of us dressed. I kiss him, grabbing some disinfectant wipes and wiping down the counter.
“We’ll need to a lot more than that, amor,” Sean teases.
“I know! But it’ll suffice for now. Just… don’t let anyone use that counter for now.”
He chuckles. “Alright, love.” He kisses me. “I love you, Y/n.”
I kiss him back. “I love you too, Sean.”
Daniel returns 30 minutes later, waving at us as we sit on the couch, watching TV. “I’m going to go set the groceries on the counter,” he says, heading towards the kitchen.
Sean shoots up, chasing after him. “Actually! Let’s not do that, enano.” He grabs the groceries from Daniel's hands and sets them on the table instead.
Daniel raises his eyebrows. “Uh… why?”
“Just… because…” Sean smiles awkwardly.
“Okay… whatever…” he looks between the two of us suspiciously before going back up to his room. At least he doesn’t seem to suspect anything.

I have very specific headcanons for how Sean's personality would be after every ending:
Redemption
I feel like after getting out of jail Sean is quiet, serious, almost shy in a very specific way. He starts traveling by himself after spending some time with Daniel, he has awkward interactions with waiters and clerks.
After so many years totally still, it feels like he can't quite catch up with the rest of the world- when a stranger stops him on the street to ask him a question he always takes a second to long to answer, always slightly startled. He texts Daniel every day, his mom and Lyla frequently- short sentences, perfect grammar, dozens pictures of the places he's visiting but barely any of him.
Blood Brothers
He's angrier, grumpy, also serious. Of course there's some guilt for what they had to do to get to Mexico, specially at first, but it eventually becomes clouded by the anger that they had to do it. He's incredibly angry with the world, for taking away his dad, his youth, his innocence, Daniel's chance at a normal life and good education in a country where he speaks the language.
He has to take care of Daniel, Puerto Lobos is a beautiful place but Diego was right, back at the police station near the border- things aren't easy there. It's dangerous, and Sean does what he has to ensure they're both safe. Being a part of a gang, stealing, adding a few people to the list of deaths they've caused- it's only a few more items in the list of things to weigh down his conscience.
In the end, he grows bitter. Unable to accept the guilt that comes with the things he's done, he tries to find solace in knowing that they made him do it, that he wouldn't be this person if they hadn't forced his hand. Most of the time it just angers him more.
He grows quiet, not in the awkward, endearing way that post redemption Sean is quiet. The world doesn't deserve to hear his voice, he doesn't deserve to be heard. He's sweet to Daniel, when he can, he cringes when he sees how fast he had to grow up. There's a permanent grimace on his face.
Parting Ways
This is the one where I think he stays the most similar. When he first gets to Puerto Lobos he's a complete mess- He's certain his brother hates him, he's convinced he forced him to do things he didn't want to and now he will never forgive him.
The guilt eats away at him, he's basically a ghost during his first years in Puerto Lobos. He does enough to eat and then just stays in his ran down home, letting speculation flood his overcrowded head.
When enough time finally passes for him to be able to reach out to Daniel he finds out he doesn't hate him at all. Daniel is living a semi-normal life, he will be able to leave house arrest when he turns 18, he sounds happy.
Then Finn/Cassidy shows up, maybe he deserves comfort. Maybe his life didn't end that day in Seattle. Maybe he can rebuild like Daniel did. He allows himself to be comforted, he hears the words "it wasn't your fault" and actually listens to them- agrees. He travels with Finn/Cassidy, sees the country, makes some memories that aren't haunted. Slowly gets back to life.
Being with people that knew him before makes him stay pretty similar but the ones who love him still can tell. When they're making a stop on a random town and he sees a little kid and just goes silent. When he wakes up in the middle of the night, agitated and soaked in cold sweat. When he stays quiet the rest of day after talking to Daniel on the phone. When they have to run to catch the train and he's the first one out of breath- muttering something about being a track runner under his breath. He still remembers what was taken from him.

Max, Chloe and David drive to Away
On the road to Away, Chloe was sitting next to David in the passenger’s seat, with Max nominally in the backseat, but with her arms wrapped around Chloe and her head between the front seats. That way both David and Max got what they wanted. David had Chloe riding shotgun and Max had Chloe firmly in her embrace. It wasn’t a particularly safe sitting arrangement, but David took that into account and drove slowly, even though the desert road was completely empty.
“So, David, how does it feel to be an accomplice to two cartel operatives slash Hezbollah terrorists slash Chinese spies slash whatever else the fear-mongering media cooked up?” - Chloe inquired.
“You mean the Diaz brothers?”
“Yes, David, I mean the two fugitives that broke through a police cordon at the border and drove off in a hail of bullets! The ones everyone is talking about!” - Chloe pursued the topic.
“Well, I wouldn’t exactly call myself an accomplice. Sean and Daniel stayed in Away for a few weeks. I gave Sean a little bit of advice. And then they were on their way.”
“I knew it!” Chloe energetically patted Max’s arms, which were entwined around her. “You owe me five bucks, Max!” Seeing David’s puzzled look, Chloe explained: “When we heard that the Diaz brothers had went through Arizona, so close to your place, I immediately knew you had bumped into them. We bet on that with Max”.
“You won Chloe. But how exactly am I supposed to cash you out? We pool all of our money together anyway”.
“How are you supposed to pay it out? By handing me an oversized check in front of cameras, of course!”
“If by ‘cameras’ you mean my polaroid and by ‘an oversized check’ you mean a page ripped out from a notebook, then sure, it can be arranged”.
“Fine, if you can’t conduct a proper award ceremony, then I guess you can exchange those five bucks into kisses. One kiss for one dollar”.
“Hey! My kisses are worth far more than a dollar a piece! Then again, you’re my favourite customer and I value your continued business, so I can offer you an even more favourable exchange rate – one kiss for 10 cents”.
“It’s a deal, Max!”
David smiled, listening to their playful banter. He was reminded of one particular moment from years ago, when he goofed around with Joyce while making pancakes. When he still thought he and Chloe could become a family. Before he fucked it all up. But in the end, they did become a family. He just wished Joyce could be there to see it. To see her daughter smile and laugh and be hopeful again.
“For the record, David, I didn’t bet against you meeting the Diazes because I thought you weren’t cool enough to hang out with alleged domestic terrorists. I just didn’t think the world was that small. Them being from Seattle and on top of that them meeting you? That seemed implausible” – Max explained.
“Max, your incredulity becomes even cuter with every strange mess we get ourselves into. So, David, what kind of advice did you give to Sean Diaz? How to manufacture IEDs?” – Chloe wanted to hear all the juicy deets.
David sighed. “I told him they should surrender. That seemed like the best advice I could give to a teenage boy chased by hundreds of cops who would love nothing more than to gun him down. But I’m glad he didn’t listen. I was being naïve. He would never get a fair trial. The media had already convicted him for being a cop killer”.
Chloe stopped goofing around and spoke in a more serious tone: “It’s okay, David. You meant well. At the end of the day, that’s all we can demand from ourselves. Sometimes we wish to do good, but the results are different than we expected. But as long as we want to help others, instead of hurting them, everything is fine”.
Both David and Max fell silent, because Chloe’s words spoke volumes to them. To Max, the part about meaning well but causing unforeseen consequences. And to David, the part about helping, instead of hurting others. After a brief moment, Chloe realized how her words might have been received. She cursed at herself in her thoughts. She wished she had bitten her tongue instead of speaking. “This is why you should leave philosophising to Max, you numbnuts. Because when you speak, you tend to make people sad”. She radically changed the topic to turn Max’s and David’s attention away from the past and towards the present, or better yet, the future.
“Listen, dad, before we get to Away, we need to stop at a store and buy some essentials. And nothing is more essential right now than sunscreen for Max. Arizonian sun doesn’t jive well with tender Irish skin. Not everyone can be of stout Germanic stock like the Prices or the Madsens. Some people are delicate Celtic flowers from the Emerald Isle".
The three of them smiled all the way to Away. Max at being called an Irish beauty. David at being called “dad”. And Chloe at the fact that with each day she was getting better at making others smile.

"the ending, where Daniel and Sean live together in Mexico, is selfish and does not take into account the wishes of Daniel, who does not want to do this/ does not want to go to Mexico"
*deep breath*
okay, I just once again came across a similar comment on youtube, and I could just pass by. but I understand that I have a great need to speak out about this. even if other people have already talked about it.
you know, the statement that Daniel "does not want" to go to Mexico is perhaps the most common, which can be found as a criticism of Blood Brothers. that he just wants an "ordinary, comfortable life" like any child, that Daniel deserves this normal life, which he gets in the high morality endings.
but the problem is that people don't understand one simple fact: with different levels of morality, Daniel has different needs/priorities. with high morality, he prioritizes "morality" and the desire for a normal life, with low morality, he prioritizes his brotherhood with Sean.
people have remembered the image of "high morality Daniel" and believe that this is the only canon for Daniel as a character, forgetting that there is a way of "low morality".
with low morality, Daniel as a character is aimed at only one outcome: to stay together with Sean, not to let them be separated. he decides to cross the border even if Sean decides to surrender. this is what leads to the ending of "Lone Wolf".
the essence of the endings of "Lone Wolf" and "Parting Ways" is that Daniel makes his own decision based on his priorities, even if Sean does not agree with this decision. the statement that "Blood Brothers" is violence against Daniel and what he does not want does not make sense, because existing an ending "Lone Wolf" and because this is what Daniel demands at the border: to cross the border. "we can't let them catch us" and "don't say that, let's just get out of here" when Sean only dares to hint about surrender.
Daniel doesn't want Sean to surrender because it will lead to them being separated. Daniel crosses the border and does not let Sean give up if he decides to do so, because Daniel does not want them to be separated.
In Blood Brothers, Sean acts based on Daniel's wishes, because that's what Daniel wants: cross the border. He does not force Daniel, Daniel himself inclines Sean to this decision and this is the only decision that Daniel will make.
just as the highly moral Daniel cannot cross the border with Sean, and in any case chooses "a normal life instead of living with Sean", the low moral Daniel does not accept Sean's decision to surrender and decides to cross the border, go with Sean to Mexico.
Daniel, who wants a "normal life," gets it. Daniel, who wants to stay with Sean (no matter where, in an abandoned house in the middle of the forest, in the house of his grandparents, on a plantation, in Dali or in Puerto Lobos), wants to stay with Sean and he does not need this "normal" life if it means separation from Sean.
yes, at first he was hesitant about moving to Mexico, and that's fine. many adults are even worried about moving to another city, and here a ten-year-old child is talking about moving to another country. it's okay to doubt. people doubt even when they are offered a better job instead of the usual for them, but uncomfortable and low-paid work. this does not mean that a person "does not want" changes. we are always hesitant when it comes to major changes.
when Sean convinces Daniel that everything will be fine, Daniel stops worrying and begins to fantasize about what their life in Puerto Lobos will be like, enthusiastically waiting for this moment. apparently from the fact that he doesn't want it very much (no).
Daniel doesn't want to go to Mexico so much that he locks Sean in the car and starts attacking the cops in order to clear the way and redirect them to Mexico. see the logic? I don't see it either.
many refer to David's words, but they are not objective (remembering how many times he was seriously wrong in lis1: in relation to Kate, in a relationship with his own stepdaughter, etc.). especially when, in contrast to David, we have characters who speak in defense of Blood Brothers, such as Karen (literally their mother, to whom Daniel has a strong connection) and Finn (to whom Daniel has a strong connection). Brody, whom we meet in episode 1, also approves of their trip to Puerto Lobos. Even Jacob writes in his letter and personally tells them that he wants a successful escape to Puerto Lobos for them.
of course, we must have characters who, in contrast to the "Mexico ending team", will convince us to surrender at the border (grandparents, David, Lyla, even Hank, lol). it would be strange if they didn't exist. but to refer only to them, ignoring the characters who tell us to cross the border, is strange and incorrect.
the low morality Daniel really wants to go to Mexico, because the main thing for him is to stay together with Sean, not to let them be separated. this is exactly what he wants, not a "normal" life, like the highly moral Daniel. and each of the two Daniels acts based on their desires and needs.
stop ignoring the low-moral Daniel and judge him by the standards of the high-normal, pls.
in Blood Brothers, Sean acts based on Daniel's wishes, he contradicts them in the ending (Lone Wolf), where he decides to give him a "normal" life, which he does not need if the price is separation from Sean. you could even say that in Lone Wolf, Sean was deceived by those characters who convinced him that Daniel needed a normal life when in fact he needed Sean.
the only ending that can be said that Sean "uses" Daniel is Parting Ways. Not Blood Brothers.

Was reminded of Blood Brothers today and started losing it. To think Sean and Daniel went through ALL of that shit, endured so much, lost so much, and had to do SO MUCH just to survive and stay together - to think that their hard work… pays off? They actually… can make it? They make it and stay together and establish a life a home a business and are (mostly) OKAY?????? They said what they were gonna do and what they wanted… and IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED?!?!??????????
