Warning for spoilers for those who still haven't seen the movie yet:

OK but serious: along with the Chameleon he had so much potential especially with the relationship he had with Zhen. Seriously, imagine during that scene when Zhen and Po were underground, he pulls Po aside for a moment:

"Look, you've given us a little wisdom, so here's some in return: you keep that one (Zhen) at arm's length- further, if you can manage it. And don't let her see your back, unless you want a dagger in it."

And then when Zhen comes back to them to get their help to free Po, that's when we find out what actually happened between them: Zhen didn't just run off with the Chameleon, as portrayed (much more pleasantly) in the first flashback; she actively betrayed the Den, turning them in and putting them under the Chameleon's power so that to escape her brutality they were forced under the streets to survive, all so Zhen could get a more comfortable life for herself (which isn't so comfortable, but that's another story).

Han and the other thieves don't go with Zhen at first, but then rush in later to help her later on- revealing they still see her as family (and because they think if they bring down the Chameleon, they can take over the city). Also just...I needed that emotional scene between them.

Some drabbles on said scenes might be incoming if I can get my thoughts straight.
