I wanted to thank you for all these guides. I'm replaying season 2 and planning on getting with Marisol again. The first time I used Ibrahim but I felt so bad because he's so nice. This time though....I'm going to use Rocco. Just for maximum amount of drama. I think it would be fun and would not have been able to get him coupled up with me without your help.

and if you go for noah at the same time i honestly recommend it because at some point, after that dinner you cook with the person you save/bring from casa, there's like four people looking at you while biting their own fists with jealousy.

In my opinion, it absolutely doesn’t matter, what matters is if you act upon their advancement💡

Idk if that’s the correct scenario, but this is the general concept of acting according to opinions and statements expressed on previous days.

What did you answer on the first morning with Priya in the villa when she asks MC how things are going between you and their LI in front of said LI? Did you say that you’re happy? That you’re taking it slow? That you want to switch ASAP? Whatever you said, you should tell your LI on the daybeds the truth and act accordingly (flirt with others, kiss or only hug them or just reject them stone cold).

Be honest and not hypocritical. Don’t lie bc you should stand 100% behind your opinions.

Idk if that was before or after everyone had their date with Lurik, but there is a scene where you lie with your current best female friend on the day beds. She asks you whether you would leave your current LI for Lurik. If you want to switch, say you like Henrik or think that Lucas is hot. This will come up later. You kinda have make advances towards Lurik then and ofc vice versa.

In my play throughs, it was Henrik who invited me to a gem-free date (I didn’t even know that Lucas could be the free version and Henrik the gem scene!), but I still went for Lucas and even coupled up with him before the arrival of Chelsea and Jacub bc I wanted as much drama as possible bc… why not haha

To get Kassa, if you are going on outgoing route, how should you handle the priya hope and noah drama, do you tell hope what you heard or no?

Good question!

Generally, no, you shouldn’t. Because

being outgoing ≠ drama queen

Just because you’re “out there” and always want to be in the center of attention, does not mean that you’re mean and start drama for the sake of it.

You rubbed yourself against 3 boys during the slime challenge, none of them were you LI, and we’re confronted by Lottie? “Cool, I don’t care what you think.”

You go to the gym and see Marisol arguing with Bobby/Ibrahim and they don’t even acknowledge you or ask you a question? Don’t interfere until you’re dragged into their fight and asked directly.

So, no, don’t tell Hope what you’ve overheard.

However, that is the “outgoing + I put myself first and don’t care about girl code” route. What about the “outgoing + chicks before dicks” personality?

Does putting girls first mean that you should go out of your way to tell Hope some serious tea? Or should you mind your own business and only comfort Hope with some hot chocolate (gem scene) and listen to her on the balcony and during CA?

Even if Kassam prefers the first personality, as long as you stick to one personality, it should be fine. But Kassam’s priorities still remain the same: no drama. Even if it’s the truth, that’s none of MC’s business.

Be there for Hope when she needs someone to talk to (depending on your heart score with her, you can freely disagree and she’ll still listen and even agree with you!)

When you’re out on the Astroturf with Priya, Hope, and Noah, because they want your opinion, pick “Noah need to decide what he wants” or else you would be shitting on Hope or Priya which is 1. not girl code (if you want to be that) and 2. the lesser drama choice, don’t you think 🤔

Another related question: should you participate in Operation Nope? You can, absolutely. Kassam doesn’t value loyalty to your LI. As long as you chose to “always put myself first” on Day 1, go for it if you want.

hi ravena! first of all your blog is everything! Love your oneshots ❤ so I've been wanting to do the slow burn route for Bobby bu in day 3 I simply cannot make Rahim or Rocco choose me instead of Bobby... I tried asking both to pick me, tried asking one of them and then talking to Gary/Noah/both but nothing seems to work 😭 I really want to do a slow burn route but also couple up with them at the beginning, do you have any other tips??

ooh ok, after the last alteration the heart score might be counting a lot, especially now that we have an option to spend time with our li or the girls on night 1.

if you chose to spend extra time with bobby, try to go with the girls next time. the heart score you have with him needs to stay neutral after you choose him, so you can increase your "relationship" with other boys.

you can also try to disagree with him a few times, like in challenges and group scenes, favoring other people over him. for instance, saying you don't believe noah actually has a pet snake.

you can also be a little rude to priya if you wish, which leads to the girl that comes to talk to you gossiping about bobby and priya getting on in the bedroom.

any time bobby is being cute: deflate him in a neutral way. when he says he's becoming attached to you already, choose the option that says "i prefer your confidence." i know it sounds mean but that's the only way to keep the score neutral.

in the mean time you should be flirting with the boy you want to choose you on day 3, even if it means lottie talks some shit.

here's another tip: there's always a second guy that will pursue you. on day 1, after bobby and mc couple up, there's the possibility of talking to other people, and you can be receptive. this second boy's interest is determined when you ask them why they stepped forward, so choose bobby to answer, then rahim or rocco. it's important you focus on one boy besides bobby, instead of shooting in every direction.

this way you couple up with bobby but still have high hearts with someone else.

from there it's all up to you. while being with rocco or rahim you can still flirt with bobby and the new boys, because the next recoupling is up to the girls to choose.

if you go for lucas/henrik on day 9, you can break up and go with bobby at the firepit. whatever you prefer!

hi! i’ve been trying to do your slow burn bobby route but for some reason i can only get bobby to pick me on the second recoupling :( i was wondering if you could help, if not that’s alright ofc!

oooh, the best flavor in all bobby's routes, niiice!

so, for him to choose you on day 3, when hannah leaves, you must talk to him, and no other possible boys.

in that recoupling there's two other guys that can choose you: rocco and rahim. in the afternoon, don't talk to either. any time they ask your opinion on something, choose the neutral responses.

like on day 2, right before the 'two truths and a lie' challenge, rahim is nervous and asks for comforting. DON'T GIVE IT TO HIM. that will increase your heart score, and it might be accumulating for him to pick you. same with rocco.

so, on the afternoon of day 3 you need to talk to at least two guys, so choose bobby first, and gary second, but don't flirt with him (not yey, in case you want to, in the future). just ask about hannah or his nan, and nothing about the recoupling.

in case you're having problems with him stepping forward, i put together a guide after the last update. here's the link, in there, i made a list with every option up until you meet the boys and have them stepping forward for you.

in the comments, some people wrote about what worked for them, so in case my stuff doesn't (because for some reason bobby is really selective now :/) you could try theirs. but i restarted season 2 about two weeks ago, and it worked for me, so good luck!

Hi! My name is Natassa and I find your guides very useful for playing Love Island. I have one question, though, about something I couldn't understand. I want to play Kassam's route and make him say my name. It's about Operation Nope. Usually my MC is friends with Hope (I never take part to this nonsense because I don't like Noah!) and I always tell her about Priya. If I don't tell her, she gets mad and sees it as a betrayal, leading to sad faces! What am I supposed to do about that?

the last time i had kassam unlocked i didn’t tell hope and it worked. before that route, i used to let it slide because i was tapping so fast, i wouldn’t see the option of telling her... lol

so don’t worry, as long as your relationship is good with hope, you’re fine. talk to her after the whole thing, during “ministry of sound” party. you’ll see, she holds no grudges, and they both thank you, if you instigate noah to stay with her during the living room scene

I have used a lot of your guides and they were really helpful for my playthroughs but now I'm stuck! I can't, for the life of me, unlock Kassam's route and I have followed your guide about him word to word! He still says Lottie's name and I think I am obsessed now because he HAS to say my MC's name. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. My MC was with Gary on day 1 and Ibrahim chose her on day 3! I have remained mostly loyal to him (only flirted with the others), please help!!!

obviously i was happy to share! kassam is very difficult, and his route is worth unlocking! i wish you luck, brave trooper!
