Some good points. There is one part of the tourney you might be missing. That is the Southron Ambitions Theory. Lyanna was key to building an alliance between the North and the Stormlands. Rhaegar would easily have surmised this. Crowning her love and beauty would have sent a message to the Starks and Barathons that Rhaegar knew what was up. Maybe it was a warning. Or maybe he was trying to say he wanted in.

It’s certainly possible, but I don’t think it conflicts with my read on the character. If he a) knew about the Southron Ambitions bloc and b) spoke to Lyanna Stark privately, what is the rational explanation for making a big cryptic show of it for the whole realm, rather than having her get a message directly to her father? Doing what he did is still more consistent with deer-in-headlights syndrome than with some great tactical plan.

Also in the scene where he is telling the Lords he is going to Dragonstone..the whole time he keeps turning toward her. It’s like they are having a private conversation except not…He’s always looking at her or turning to her.

nicknames: none actually, but mostly Dee or Di for short. I realised people are actually too lazy to pronounce my first name in its entirety.. Hmmm

zodiac sign: libra

height: average lol

ethnicity: mixed but 100% Asian

favourite fruit: everything except durian (yuck)

favourite season: where I live, there’s only rain or shine, and I always look forward to the sunny days so summer, I guess.. I tried and I don’t like the cold at all, not one bit 😝

favourite book: this is like asking who’s your favourite child.. It’s not right. But if you ask what I can read over and over without getting sick and tired of it - Sophie’s Choice or Sophie’s World. The Hobbit. Classic lit - Portrait of Dorian Grey

favourite flower: Roses. Especially blood red roses. The darker the better.

favourite scent: freshly baked cookies or bread, fried chicken (lol), cucumbers, bell peppers, vanilla, lemon, rose, freesia and lavender.

average sleep hours: my sleep tracker weekly summary puts it at an average of 7.5 so I guess pretty okay? But I enjoy sleeping for sure.

cat or dog person: both ultimately but if I had to pick - a cat because of the odd hours I spend at work I don’t have the time to care for a dog properly.

number of blankets you sleep with: none. Nights here are nice and balmy. Just need a fan on for ventilation and drift off to dreamland.. But if it rains and the temp dips, just one thin blanket will do.

dream trip: the south americas. All of it.

blog created: I didn’t know how tumblr worked previously so my main blog miss-emmanuelle is already a few years old but jonsaforlife circa Oct 2016 I think?? I’ve low key shipped Jonsa since I read the books in 2012 but new to the Jonsa tumblr fandom! Thanks for the warm welcome btw! Sorry that I can’t really like or follow anyone back thanks to the sub blog but I shall reblog all of you awesome ppl!

@lizgallo I would love to hear about what you found out! I looked up the definition of clever and intelligent is listed as a synonym but to me they have very different connotations. I think clever is closer to what Tywin calls "low cunning".

dream trip: back to japan. i haven’t been in soooo long. 

blog created: My main blog is lizgallo which was created years ago. I have client work so I try to keep my more creative stuff separate. I used to be more diligent with a music blog called artofthepartygirl which I think I started around 2012-13. This blog was started just a few months ago as a space for my more out there writing. (I’m also a poet...and multi-media artist...and have been writing for years...)

I’m starting to care less and less about keeping things separate. I’m pretty new to the JonSa fandom. I’ve been a SansaFierce fan since Dark Sansa made her appearance back in season 4. And well I’ve always liked Jon. And I feel silly for not seeing it sooner. I actually read an article towards the end of season 6 about JonxSansa and I was like omg YES! I started writing JonSa as a way to record my fan theories to see if any of them would remotely come true and it quickly turned into something very different.
