hhh i made this dish yesterday of egg chorizo and various finely chopped greens wrapped tightly in rice paper then fried and served it with a side of chili oil and also curry over rice.

it was kind of a lot of work but also... i want it again. I can't even say it wasn't worth the effort bc the c r o m c h was glorious. Not a point here just hungies, indecisive and contemplating what's for dinner.

#I've been sleeping on rice paper fr 😭 i made 'Vietnamese pizza' for the first time the other day too and it was bomb af #like. I'm not rly a spring roll person so may b that's why i overlooked it but i wanna get faster and better with it 🤧#what sold me was this vid where they wrapped marinated meat n some veggies and did the fry and the wife LOVED it #and was talking about how since it cooks in the wrap it keeps the juices locked in and it was a rly nice crunchy juicy bite #i want that for me 🤤 I'm just using what i have around the house bc i can't shop till the weekend but!!#i am def gonna try with better ingredients when i can #lmaoooo I'm remembering i knocked OUT after this 😭 like just straight up fell asleep for the day skskdkfksk i ate well
