Ive been working on my own local business seo im new at it. Its a pressure washing business I have 4 keywords ranking in the top ten... but when i check google local business Im not positioning in the same ranks some are better and some are worse. Are they to different monsters????

When writing metatags, < H1 > and posts is it important that I put in the make of the place my business is based or will google direct people to me site if they are local ? Ie ( business make based in ..... )

also any other advice on how to be found locally would really help. Thank you !!!
