Mr. Sea!! He has one goal in life - to track down Irratino and teach him a lesson for 'stealing his identity'. But you can tell them apart easily by Sea's expressive eyes and also fingers. And he's blue.

Netherlands is one of the largest islands in Elsewhere - could it be where TekTopia is going to be built? If so, a lot of property and beautiful wilderness is going to be destroyed.

Irratino waits on a park bench until late at night. He’s surrounded by pigeons, purring peacefully by his side - everyone loves Irratino. He’s almost asleep, but hears footsteps coming from every direction. Shadows approach, and he stands up in alarm. Before he can hide, he trips on a dead human that appeared beneath the bench! He’s approached by Agent Fuchsia.

FUCHSIA: Well, at least I know YOU’RE following my directions. Blue boys, get over here. 

Sir Rulean and Admiral Navy creep up and stand on either side. They huddle together and whisper.

IRRATINO: Wait… what did you need me for?

He looks at the body again. Probably that.

He finds some convenient weapons on the ground, such as a magnifying glass. It looks like Logico’s head, as most do, so he hugs it tightly. 

NAVY: …? IRRATINO: Oh. This yours? NAVY: Are you telling me that I can’t see well because I’m old… IRRATINO: Why… would I- NAVY: No!

He storms off. Irratino watches Fuchsia jump into the sewer.

IRRATINO: What are you doing?? FUCHSIA: OH! Yeah. I remember why I brought you here. There’s a creepy guy that’s been lurking around this park at night, and there’s no doubt he’s up to no good. Since you’re here, I want you to get info. THERE!

A shadow darts behind Irratino! He jumps, and looks around frantically. He catches another glimpse of it, and pounces like a cat! Pinning the stranger to the ground, he is shot by some kind of void ray. 

GUY: Come my way and die. FUCHSIA: GET that dude!

A dense black substance constricts Irratino, and the stranger adjusts his gun to pulse with energy, but it’s only making him giggle.

GUY: I hate this thing.

He gives up and surrenders.

IRRATINO: Who are you? GUY: THE BLACK HAT. IRRATINO: And wh- BLACK HAT: No further questions.

Irratino is, as usual, pretty bad at finding clues. He finds a decoder ring from the Detective Club, and his heart melts at one of the options being ‘Logicode’. Everything is reminding him of his selfish little man! He’s once again distracted when he gets a text from Logico, and they jabber back and forth. Fuchsia slaps him in the back.

FUCHSIA: HE’S GETTING AWAY!

Irratino needs to focus. He runs after the shifty Black Hat, until he tackles him to the ground at full force. 

FUCHSIA: GET THE GUN!

Irratino manages to disarm the critter and throws the device to her. 

BLACK HAT: WHAT DO YOU WANT! WHAT DO YOU WANT?!

Irratino isn’t sure.

IRRATINO: ANSWERS! BLACK HAT: FINE! FINE! FINE! IT WAS ME! I killed that Human. IRRATINO: Why? BLACK HAT: PIGEONS! I hate pigeons. He kept feeding the pigeons, there’s more every day, cluttering my home! I don’t need any more sky rats!!!

Irratino is appalled at the thought, and punches the little man in the face. The other three stare in shock, Sir Rulean faltering in his linelessness.

FUCHSIA: This guy’s got what we need. You’d make a great SPY agent, Irratino. 

Irratino smiles for a second, but then realizes what he did and is horrified.

Okay, last thing for tonight, I'm going to bed. But I made pokemon teams for the two of them. Did these late at night while tired so they could probably be better. Let me know what you would change.

Logico - mostly smart (as stated in dex entries) and/or sight based pokemon, Gumshoos because gumshoe detective, and mostly normal type because it fits honestly.

Irratino - psychic and ghost types.... can you guess why? Also, thought about fairy type as well, but i picked sylveon and I didn't want two eeveelutions on one team.

Maybe give Logico Umbreon? And maybe some fighting types?
