Many years ago this was a warehouse and associated wharf (Hay's Wharf) for the port of London. Changing of the Guard is a ceremony that can be seen almost every other day (Google for dates). What is happening is guards from St James's Palace march towards Buckingham Palace where they change the guards that has been on duty. All the "action" is accompanied by music. The girl was so excited, she mixed up the days 😁 We definitely learned a lot these two days together. She about central London and Greenwich, I .. about Ghana. Together with its capital Accra (which I didn't know), did you know that people in Ghana have no regards to number 13? It's just a regular number to them.
