Kile has a German Short-haired Pointer. Kids always get a hunting dog in their ma's family.

Jack has a Golden Lab mix. She is old and loves naps and cuddles.

Jessie has two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, a box turtle, and her family runs a boarding stable on their property, so there's always horses!

Rain has a Peterbald cat! She's clingy and chatty.

Vi has a Bengal kitten. He's as much of a terror around the house as they are.

Gabe doesn't really want a pet, but Kile's dog made him open to having a dog one day. R can't decide between getting a cat someday or a dog: cats are inherently anti-authoritarian and give no fucks but a dog would probably suit their lifestyle better in terms of energy and sociability. (ofc the answer is both, but w/e they'll figure that out eventually.) Heidi is a cat dog person (she'd like a work-out buddy) and Curt loves animals but doesn't believe in keeping pets.
