So I wanted to do a shout out for one of my favourite businesses in town.. @luminosalove 🥰🥰🥰 Besides makeup and tanning Luminosa is SO MUCH MORE and when you support small local business, like even just buying your makeup from there your making such a difference! Luminosa also has afterpay and many other makeup stores in Toowoomba do not have in store afterpay! My favourite makeup at the moment is the Kryolan range and I made a little trip for the translucent powder which was nearly sold out but more is back now yay! You can shop online too! After years of struggling to manage my mental health on my own I finally agreed to try medications again and see a psych 😅 This time they have put me on Fluoxetine. The first couple of weeks were a bit rough but things have settled down now. I feel less crazy (don’t worry there’s still plenty of crazy to go around though). I’m not ashamed to admit I need help. I’ve been through way to much in life to pretend everything is peachy keen... but in saying that though things are pretty good really. I have 2 beautiful children who are going to grow up to be amazing kind humans. I have a safe roof over our heads in which to call home. I have enough clothes to dress myself and probably 800 friends 😅 I have a beautiful relationship with my family now and especially my Mama. I have an array of gorgeous friends who time and time again have my back, pick up the shards of broken pieces and love me harder when Im not loving myself. I can’t think of anyone luckier then me when I come to think of it and it’s this kind of clarity that I’m seeing that I’m so so grateful for 🥰🥰🥰 . . . . . . . Being a Mama is my favourite thing to be out of ANYTHING in this world. Trying to be the best I can be so I can raise happy and healthy strong women. It’s no easy feat sometimes. I doubt myself a lot and think shit Im messing this up again. Sometimes I look back and there’s things Id do differently but then again maybe not? Im not really one for regrets. Every experience in life I feel gives us strength, growth and wisdom. The sometimes painful experiences are the ones that teach valuable lessons that will continue to empower us, even though it may hurt like hell at the time. Most holidays Dakoda visits her Grandparents (my parents) and gosh I miss her! She comes home very soon as she has to go to work 🤣 but I know she has such an amazing time and I love that she has such a beautiful relationship with my parents.
