Resipe: Sourdough Croutons
So I’ve switched my standard packed lunch from sandwitch to decked out salad, and yesterday I made some croutons for my lunch using sourdough discard. It was easy and really punched up my lunch so here is the Process:
1. Feed your starter. Mine is equal parts water and flour and I discard 8 oz
2. Add to the discard 1tsp salt, 1cup flour. No water needed, it’s a small loaf and the starter is wet
3. Make dough, and leave to rise for like an hour and a half
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 400 ish. I didn’t even let it cool fully before the next step
5. Slice/chop it into crouton sized pieces, and stir fry them in some kind of fat until they look good

Ok so for dinner I made the chickpeas and vegan chorizo soup by @vbitesfoods i folled the resipe but it turned green lol so I add these #tmnt dry pasta I had. I really enjoyed it though.
