A lonely tinker decided to make a wood toy for his niece, a Christmas present for Christmas, the one time he has time to visit. However made its skin to hard and wings to sharp, he scrapped his creation, well kept it on its desk cause he couldn't bring himself to throw it away. He made a different, better toy for his niece while the winged toy sat on his desk and stared. When the toy came to life filled with mischief and joy he blamed the many magical chemicals he spilled on it, the leaking auras from his many creations. But he was never certain. All he knows is that the workshop isn't as lonely anymore.

i think the reason (beside the proximity) why this specific scene makes all of us go so feral is how it illustrates how in tune with each other they are.

danny mentions the guys watching them, which, of course, steve already had noticed, because he's as aware of the circumstances around them as danny, don't let both of their relaxed postures and nonchalant attitude fool you, they are both good at what they do, danny doesn't have to explain anything because steve already picked up on it. and you know it's not a usual thing because they make the fbi guys look like unprofessional clowns. both steve and danny are impressive and they definitely noticed.

neither steve nor danny had that before, that feeling of having a true partner, the person who can fully keep up with you, work at your speed, with barely a word, that must be an invigorating feeling. they really just work. this kind of instant and strong connection doesn't usually happen. something tells me it really gets their blood pumping 😏

Can I have a snippet of the aftermath of Shiki vs Satoru? Because I love how the entire Jujitsu world is freaking out and having existential crisis. Because the reality freaking glitch from those two going at each other.

It’s been a while since Tsukumo had last returned to Japan.

Now, normally she wasn’t one to listen to the requests of the doddering higher-ups running things back home. She and the higher-ups didn’t see eye to eye on many issues, and Tsukumo had zero interest in being their attack dog. Bow wow. She’d leave Gojo Satoru to play around with the decrepit old fossils like a lion with its food while she focused her attention on other, much more worthwhile pursuits.

Unfortunately, the panicked summons this time was not something that could be easily ignored.

It did, after all, involve an altercation between two Special Grade sorcerers.

Tsukumo comes to a stop at the edge of the containment barrier where ‘The Incident’ had reportedly occurred, and lets out a low whistle. This isn’t just your run-of-the-mill Curtain –it was a true barrier that had broken out all the stops, complete with a mountain of ofudas and binding ropes and what have you. Looking at the complexity of it… someone probably consulted Tengen, didn’t they? Or possibly Tengen even came out to set it up themselves.

And despite it all, the barrier was still unstable.

That was… dangerous. And quite frightening, too. A barrier as strong as this, unstable? What in the world was it containing? How bad was the aftermath of that fight behind the Gojo Clan’s white-haired menaces?

Tsukumo eyes the barrier contemplatively for a moment, and reaches out-

“Please don’t do that, Tsukumo-san!” A panicked yelp cuts across the air, filled with pure terror. “Master Tengen barely managed to contain the damage to these mountains! Tsukuno-san, please!”

The Special Grade sorcerer laughs, hand drawing back as she smiles disarmingly at the frazzled Window accompanying her. “That bad, is it?”

The young man swallows nervously. “It… it is. The fight between Gojo-sama and Gojo-san… destabilized something in this area. It’s… it’s…”

Right, the higher-ups had mentioned that in their missive to her, hadn’t they? Something about a strange interaction between Gojo Satoru’s and Gojo Shiki’s cursed techniques that ‘broke reality’ while they were… experimenting. Clearly, things got a little out of hand somewhere along the lines.

Of the three current Special Grades -soon to be four; Tsukumo has no doubt that Gojo Shiki's rank would be promoted in wake of this near-apocalyptic incident- Gojo Satoru was one of the culprits in this mess. Okkotsu Yuta was also a Special Grade, but that was more on a technicality of his cursed energy levels and the Special Grade cursed spirit he was haunted by. He wasn’t actually a Special Grade sorcerer the way a sorcerer was meant to be, which meant that the higher-ups were grasping at straws when they sent for Tsukumo Yuki, their sole remaining Special Grade.

Ha! They thought she could fix reality?

Joke’s on them! … Although, Tsukumo is curious about what went down here, exactly. She wants the details of everything.

“I’ll take another look at this later, then,” she stretches. “So! Take me to the Gojos. I bet we’ve got a lot to discuss together.”

Fic idea:

I swear it's related to YR, bare with me, but you guys know that episode of Spongebob where Spongebob and Patrick become parents to a baby clam? And they turn into the stereotypical heteronormative 50s/60s couple? And Spongebob is ironing and changing diapers/nappies, and Patrick sits at home all day and Spongebob and him get into fights about it?

I want a crack fic, very loosely based on that where the first years (or even the whole school) has to do one of those projects you only ever see on tv where they take care of an egg or a baby doll for a week and make a project about how they'd raise it and what values they'd instill in it.

All the students groan when it's announced but then you see everyone in the halls wandering around with their project babies. One of the teachers mentions they haven't seen the students this active in ages. And Wille gets really into it. If it's a doll he somehow procures a Baby Bjorn. He gets it little outfits. "Shhh the baby is sleeping" with a finger to his lips. Unfortunately for him his partner (drawn from a hat) is Henry and as we all know Henry doesn't *do* group projects. So we see Wille trying to hand off the baby but Henry keeps blowing him off. And when it's Henry's night to have the baby he can't find him but Wille realises he's actually gotten attached to this fake baby and would be worried how Henry was treating it if it was with him.

Ft. Scenes of a very harried Wille having a blow up in the school library, or the outdoor steps with Henry. "You're gone all day long while I care for the baby. I change the babies diapers, and where are you Henry? Off with Walter again when you should be caring for our *child*?" While the whole school watches. Scenes of Simon trying to comfort a comically emotional Wille. Simon's partner is Felice and they work well together because she's ~calm~ and stable. Maddie and her partner (Alexander maybe) have their baby in little pig tails all over its head and bright headbands. August wanders around scoffing at everything as per usual. Wille gets introspective about things, maybe even talks to Simon about how he'd want to raise his own kids if he ever had them. In the end everyone one has to give their project presentation and there is light bickering between Henry and Wille but Wille tells everyone about his thoughts on his project baby's future, and gives a heartfelt speech on how he wouldn't force it to do things it didn't want to or adhere too much to tradition. He'd want his kid to have more freedoms and the freedom to be themself. Ends on a scene of Henry saying he'd want the kid to play football or something equally silly and funny, and the class groaning.
