chesspaw's great to me because his name makes it sound like he used to be a kittypet or smth n was named chess then but it's actually just that his original name from the allegiances generator was fritillarypaw, n fritillary's a name for a flower called the chess flower, so i renamed him chesspaw-

i'm pretty sure it was meant to be as in the fritillary butterfly cuz it's red n he's a red classic tabby but none of the other names for it sounded nice n i'm attached to him being named chesspaw now-
