Now its the food followed by Trivandrum Rain and the famous Kovalam Beach another main ingredient of the trip! It was Chicken Kothu Parotta and Malabar Fish Curry. Now this Chicken Kothu Parotta has become one of my favourite Kerala dishes that I can hog on anytime of the day. However, the twist happened when I tried to merge the coconut milk, cream and cashew paste made Malabar Fish Curry with the remaining of Chicken Kothu Parotta and I was immediately sent to the Heaven of Taste! Woww... that was like a bagful of flavours were thrashed onto me. And then Mango Sandwich and American Choco Dad Ice cream and it started raining.
