New 90s Otter { Moodboard Adopt! }

Guess who's back~ That's right, I'm here with another moodboard inspired adopt. This time I wanted to draw another animal I haven't drawn much before, so I decided to do a water themed adopt. This boy is a river otter, only slightly different from all the other otters, and I'm really excited to find him a good home! The rules are the same as with the Quietly Beautiful adopt, but I'll still post them below to remind everyone of the rules :D (I plan on posting my designing process this time, so I'll post the link (here) later :D )

Information about of the Adopt:

- Price = $10 - I will be using Paypal for the money transactions, so please have a Paypal account if you wish to buy him :) - Once you comment here, I will likely private message you or ask for your email so we may speak alone and work out the details of the transactions and what you would like for an art piece. - This adopt includes the rights to the character and the reference. In addition to these things, the $10 also includes a simple art piece of said character (Like a prepaid commission). - You are allowed to change the name of the character and give him a backstory, etc. - First come, first serve. Whoever buys him first gets him. - IMPORTANT: This adopt will be posted on several sites, including: Tumblr (majormojarts) and Instagram (@majormojarts) (You WILL have other people that will be trying to buy this character. I promise to make an announcement as soon as I have a confirmed purchase, so watch out for that  ) - THIS ADOPT IS TIMED. This adopt will only be up for 72 hours and then it will be gone forever.
