It was only through a phone conversation that the owners former college friend told me she recently placed an order. She had no idea I loved coffee so much. . I make a conscious effort to support black business so I immediately jumped online to check the @russellsgourmetcoffee site out. The owner promptly responded to my question and made this recommendation. The rest is history! . This experience shows the importance of word of mouth.
