Made my version of Locali’s Baaadasss Vegan Breakfast sandwich, Sir Nasty style, this weekend using Tofurky’s new DYI breakfast sausage, which is phenomenal! If you’re not familiar, this bad boy consists of vegan sausage, vegan cheddar, sriracha, red onions and maple syrup on a toasted, (usually) whole-grain English muffin.
