my vote is definitely yes seeing as she's such a control freak if there's anything that would have any instruction on how to control her new power and even the vaguest outline of what's to come she would have read that thing cover to cover three times over (headcanon that that's the reason why she's the most paranoid about the dangers of magic - because she's seen all the things in the book and knows the potential evils that could come after her)
