Hi! Could you help me find a fc that is mid twenties-early thirties, brown or black hair, female or AFAB, that could be a ballerina? Meaning either is one or has the resources to portray one? The character is Irish, but the fc doesn't necessarily have to be! Thanks so much for your time, and for all you do here!

Princess Margaret: Odile (Swan Lake. Performed by Marianela Núñez, The Royal Ballet)
Odile’s part in “Swan Lake” is considered to be the most passionate. The black swan is meant to be charming seductress who forces prince Siegfried to break his vows to Odette.
Princess Margaret is the most passionate member of the British royal family and certainly one of the most charismatic. Her personality is engaging and daring.
Like Odile princess Margaret was portrayed as antagonist to her obedient and dignified sister, Queen Elizabeth II. The girl was active and cheerful since childhood. One of her friends said that she would be a great cabaret dancer.
32 fouttés is the culmination of Odile’s part, and one of the most difficult routines to perform. This shows a whirlwind of emotions that was princess Margaret’s life and illustrates her charm more than any other part could. And look at Marianela’s little smirk that says “nailed it”.
As a side note you can look at facial expression of the Polish princess (1:25) which is an embodiment of jealousy and “you’ll regret this, my man”.
At the very end you can see Odile pulling her hand away from Siegfried as a sign of her triumph. In my opinion, this is something Margaret could do, as she clearly was loving attention and public’s admiration for her.
P.S. Look at Siegfried (Vadim Muntagirov)! What a beauty and talent he is
The next morning I woke up alone, at least I thought that I'm alone. When I got up I heard a noise from the kitchen.
- Good Morning Lady! - said Cade when I approached the kitchen. He was standing at the kitchen counter, making breakfast.
- I brought you coffee. Double espresso, my lady! - he smiled and motioned for me to sit down.
- O mój Boże! What the hell? - I thought.
- You see, I can be REALLY nice. - he smiled and sat next to me.
I was REALLY surprised.
- Thank God it's Saturday today. So...maybe we can hang out... together like...before. - he suggested. After yesterday, I saw it differently, so I nodded.
- First, grab a nice dress!
- Why? - I asked.
- Don't ask questions! - he said.
- How do I look? - I asked after I put on a white turtleneck and a brown dress.
- Amazing.
First, he took me to the Metropolitan Museum.
- O mój Boże! - I said when we entered.
- Sorry what?
- Oh...it's: Oh my God in Polish.
Cade laughed a bit.
- What? It's my mother tongue.
- It was cute.
We walked through the exhibition. I was amazed by the masterpieces.
- It's an important place for me. - he whispered in my ear as we stood in front of the portrait of Lady Elizabeth Stanley.
- I was 11 when I was here for the first time. That moment was when I started to get interested in art and photography.
- This painting is beautiful. - I said. It really was.
After the MET we had lunch in a restaurant nearby.
- I want to pay. You took me to the MET and now...at least let me pay for my lunch.
- Okay. - he smiled. His company was somewhat comforting after what happened with Anthony.
After lunch, we went to Central Park to walk after lunch.
- I already told you a little about myself, now you come. I don't know anything about you. - he said.
- Okay. Well...I was born and raised in Krakow, Poland. My mother is a teacher and my father is also a carpenter. So we live an ordinary life. I have 3 siblings: my sisters, Julia and Ksenia and a brother Tomasz. I dance since I was 7...no 6. I also love music, I used to play the flute and I also played soccer when I was a child.
- Wow! And how old are your siblings?
- Julia is 24, Ksenia 26 and Tomasz is 30.
- So you are the little one. - he smiled.
- And what led you to dance?
- I was 5 when I saw Marianela Núñez on TV. My mother showed me. She was absolutely magnificent. Later, I tried to copy her moves and learn the choreography and then my mother brought me to a ballet school in Krakow. Since my first ballet class, my dream is to dance all the time.
While walking in the park an artist wanted to draw me.
- Thank you. - I said when he gave me the finished picture. - How much is it?
- Oh, it was free, young lady. - he smiled and we continued our way.
After the park, Cade walked me home.
- That's it? - ran out of my mouth.
- Oh, are you disappointed? No, just you need to change clothes. - said, Cade. - We go somewhere to have fun.
- Okay. - I said suspiciously. Of course, Cade didn't know how long it would take to choose the right outfit. We, ballerinas, care a lot about our appearance.
Aaaaah seeing all the new photos from the new Royal Ballet performances of Romeo and Juliet is reviving my Royal Ballet obsession (hence some lovely reblogs last night). :D Also my crush on Matthew Ball and just my general adoration of so so many of them. ;-) I follow quite a few of the dancers on Instagram (I note in particular that Marianela Núñez is not just one of the greatest ballerinas of all time but has a REALLY CUTE CAT and she posts photos of him more than anything else ;-) ), and they’re all so psyched and happy and yay. :-D
(Also rooting like anything for The Dante Project to get cinema broadcasts and/or get shown on marquee.tv and/or Britbox. Because AAAAAAAH literature and dance nerdery all at once!)
