Carpet Sharks!
Wobbegongs or carpet sharks are 12 species of very unique-looking sharks
They are bottom-dwelling sharks and mainly wait for their food to come to them.
They usually aren’t aggressive but will bite with their small sharp teeth if they feel threatened like being accidentally stepped on.
That sadly happens sometimes because they are so well camouflaged
If you have read this far why not follow us @animalfacthub for daily animal facts and pics!

Every circle a tiny animal - Magnificent ascidian - Botrylloides magnicoecum #marineexplorer by John Turnbull Via Flickr: In colonial ascidians like this one, each tiny circle is the inlet syphon for a single animal or "zooid" in the colony. The zooids then share the communal outlet syphons at the top. Bare Island

Mantis shrimp playing peek-a-boo #marineexplorer by John Turnbull Via Flickr: We spotted this large Stomatopod after our surveys yesterday. It came out and watched us, we watched it, it ducked back into the coral patch and came out another hole, we watched each other again, and on it went for several minutes. Who was playing with whom?
