The world has never seen anything like it: Flaccid Knob launches it's new product and the stock market goes crazy...
– A big thank you goes to the brilliant Jan Wilhelm Vahl, Marten Schech and of course the Stiftung Kunstfonds, which made the project possible in the first place!
And look at JAMES – our human billboard of the FIRST HAARPUNE SUCCESS STORY OVERSEAS! So gorgeous.

What Can Be Done to Make Trouble? // group show @ Kunstverein Familie Montez e.V., Frankfurt am Main, 2017
participating artists: Melo Börner, Alexander Endrullat, Ullrich Klose, Marten Schech, David Schiesser, Marcel Walldorf
What can be done to make Trouble?: Eine Frage zeitgenössischer Kunst:
The catalog for the exhibition raises this question as a current issue of contemporary art. It is intended to investigate the extent to which art is still able to cause trouble, to irritate (even its own) conditions - and how art can actually still disregard something in a time in which the new and different has become the lifestyle of an urban creative society. At the same time, artists are working in a present in which political and social instabilities are also beginning to challenge the role of art again. In seven contributions, art scholars present selected and emerging positions of young contemporary art and discuss their works in relation to the question of whether and how art today can be understood as a 'trouble maker'.
– published by Marten Schech & Christiane Schürkmann, among others with texts by Kerstin Flasche, Christiane Schürkmann, Friederike Sigler
