i put off making a propaganda post for a while but here's my attempt at one now. the long and short of mary is that she's an autistic trans lesbian cursed with the ability of seeing the supernatural who attends an all girls catholic school and she's absolutely hellbent on destroying her entire hometown because she hates everyone there. she's a sad pathetic loser girlflop and very strange. here are a few reasons why i love her and why you should love her too!

she's the "antagonist" (quote marks because the narrative itself is the antagonist and she's just a stand-in) and yes she has indirectly committed murder at seventeen over high school bullying. but who hasn't?

certified relatable girlflop. she's actually fairly talented at a few different niche things she taught herself ( creating software bugs, crocheting, memorizing scientific animal names ) and she's a really good artist ( but everything she draws is weird and gorey ) but she sucks at everything else. average c student who can't socialize for shit and is constantly losing things and is clumsy as hell and is relentlessly bullied by the whole school for every flaw of hers.

oh also she's a closet goth. she can't dress the way she wants to because of catholic school uniform requirements but if she could be decked out in victorian goth dresses she would. also she's super into the occult and creepy and likes both cute and gross things.

in the third "act" (it would be the third hypothetical game) she gets a fake girlfriend named odette tsehay who she immediately has very intense homoerotic tension with but ultimately they pull an orpheus and eurydice if orpheus was a bitch and did it on purpose. sorry they're toxic yuri sorry as if i could write anything else.

she acts a bit off and is very visibly neurodivergent and is not the friendliest because of it but if you take the time to get to know her, she's... still not the best but a very silly quirky girl who is just desperately trying to find a place where she belongs. YES she's selfish and YES she doesn't really learn anything or improve YES she can be kind of mean herself despite being a victim of bullying YES she's weird a weird doesn't fit in but i love her and so should you. please vote for her if you want to!!!

didnt run this morning or plunge in the pool, but got up and did pilates. my body is a little sore from doing it yesterday too, so im happy with that. need to get back into my routine of working out and feeling good about it, ill get there with consistency

tried one of the shampoos that shalima gave me from semaines from the aveda brand, and i really like it. its part of the nutriplenish range, and it's got pomegranate oil in it. also used the leave in conditioner and a bit of my mousse, probably need to use more mousse in future. also tried the new jvn oil and i love it, my hair is so fucking soft and smooth, not frizzy. not a heap of curl or lift at the root, but ill keep practising

work was work, had to tell Maryiam about her structures coaching these next few weeks but she took it well

Maryiam is a monster that IS around 7 feet tall. He's huge and quite moody. He's really shy and doesnt know how to talk. He's mute. He likes to play with toys and is often protected by Sybil from ASSHOLES who pick on him.
